Don’t ever go to the Pawtucket location for any sort of laser treatment. I went to that location several years ago and had many smooth beam laser treatments for minor acne. I’m a perfectionist and didn’t like the acne I was starting to get in my early twenties, well fast forward to now. I currently am dealing w/​scars on my face that I received from the actual laser treatments. The technician pressed to hard on my face and actually burned my skin. Every day I have to apply loads of makeup just to cover these scars but they’re still noticeable. I believe the woman’s name was Norma. She scarred me for life! Beware of this place!

I had fractional co2 laser in 2011 and a touch up in November 2012. The results from the original laser have all but disappeared despite doing everything right where my skin is concerned. The results from the follow up procedure left me with permanent squares and scarring where the laser was performed. After three consults with three reputable plastic surgeons, I am either going to have to spend a minimum of 1500 dollars to repair the damage or live with the scars. I was also told that the laser (Elipse Juvia) was an appropriate laser for fine lines. I have since found this to be untrue. Although Norma is very pleasant I am devastated with what I’m left with.
