Scumbags! Worst of the worst! Especially the gm he would steal from his own mother! Never a good experience when the gm belittles you!

I have to say I deal with many dealers and GM’s helping people get vehicles and negotiating good deals, but this dealership and GM is by far the best in the business. No BS, straightforward and works diligently to find you the vehicle you want. I can be difficult and indecisive when it comes to buying a vehicle for myself, but both Mark (salesman) and Eric (General Manager) works with me and gave me all the time I needed to decide on the vehicle that was best for me. They don’t try to sell you something just to sell you! Honest, hardworking and reliable…

My review is for the service department. I was shopping around for an auto remote starter and after calling a few dealerships, I found courtesy Hyundai to be the cheapest. I spoke with a guy named Paul who was really nice and he explained to me all the details about the auto remote starter.
When I get to the dealership, The service department was a little hard to find. It was on the side of the building which was a little confusing. I’ve gone to quite a few dealerships and usually the entrance for service is one way. At Courtesy, it’s a two way entrance, which I didn’t like very much.
All in all, the service advisor Wendell was very nice. He got to me as soon as I walked in and helped me. I dropped the car off to get the thing installed. I returned 4 hours later and my car was finished as promised. Wendell then after, showed me how to use the remote starter and made sure everything was good. I had no complaints about the service or customer service here. Will definitely come back!

Wow! If they handle sales anything like they handled my phone call the other day, you will not be happy. I called on Friday, spoke to Mario, and asked if I could return a leased vehicle on Saturday. He asked no other questions, and told me there would be no problem.
Traffic on Pawtucket Avenue on Saturday is dreadful this time of year, but we finally reached Courtesy. The sales manager met us, and told us «we don’t do returns on Saturday.» I told him I had spoken to Mario the day before — and Mario claimed that he had misunderstood my question. I had been very clear on the phone, and never suggested I was coming to do anything but drop off an end of lease vehicle.
I would not go back there.

Customer service? The lack of! I think they need more people to assist customers! I would not recommend anyone to deal with these guys. Quick to call you when you’re shopping around however after the fact non existent!

I came here one afternoon with a friend of mine to test drive a Hyundai Santafe. I had no intentions on buying that day so I didn’t bring my trade in. I ended up really loving the Santafe and wanted to start the sales process. The sales guy and manager were terrible! They were upset that I didn’t take physical ownership of the car that very hour because I had to pick my child up from school. He said he would follow me home so I could get my trade in which I felt was kind of creepy. I told him I would sign all papers right then and would be back in the morning to take ownership of the car. I was told very loudly that the offer was off the table and that they «don’t do this for fun». My hunch was that they were mad that I had already got my own financing and I wasn’t going to allow them to run my credit. They were also mad because I was an informed female buyer who they couldn’t take advantage of. They tried putting me in a 35k car and told me I could lease it and I told them I didn’t want a lease he started telling me how much of a smarter decision it is to lease. In any event, after he kicked me out of the dealership I went over to another Hyundai dealership in MA and went home with the same car for $ 1k bucks less the next morning. I find it ironic that there name is Courtesy Hyundai! Please stay away from this company!
