Dunkin’ Donuts

This is my morning spot. They get my order right which is great. The only downside of coming to this spot is parking. If you get there at the right time in the morning your good but for the most part it can be a fiasco.

Worst Dunkin ever. Employees extremely rude, loudly dropping f bombs in front of customers. Awful experience here.

Probably worst Dunkin experience I’ve had. Walked here from the Sunoco while my car was being inspected, had to wait forever while the employees had very loud personal conversations involving a lot of swearing (and I love to swear, but not while working in customer service). Every customer in line was complaining about how slow and unprofessional they were. They neglected to give the woman in front of me the cream cheese she had asked for and then just wandered off. They had to ask me three times what kind of donuts I wanted. Fairly maddening. Not recommended. I’ve had all good experiences at the dunkin at exit 30 and the one on North Main, so go there instead.

Went and picked up two coffees this morning. They destroyed my husbands by putting some nasty gross mix of flavors. Had to drive back and get the corrected coffee. The lady was really rude about it. I think she failed to realize they made the coffee wrong not me!

This is probably the most in efficient Dunkin Donuts around. If you go inside to place your order be prepared to wait. Their main concern at this location is the drive thru, the could care less about the counter customers. What saves this place and gives it any stars is the night employees. I usually hit the drive thru around 10pm and the night employees are friendly and quick.

Wow, I take it back, this is, by far, the worst Dunkin Donuts. After many repeat visits (I used to live around the corner) I can tell you that you’re most certainly guaranteed to wait forever if you go inside and get your order wrong if you go through the drive through.
On my most recent visit, I waited 10 minutes with nobody being waited on. The two girls in front of me finally made a racket and left. The girl behind me said «yeah I used to work here, they’re hella slow».
I usually go through the drive-​thru which is typically fast but it’s rare to get a coffee made the way you order it.
And on this last visit there were no straws, no sugar, no anything. The bins that usually hold them were completely empty.
Blah.

This is a solid Dunkin Donuts location. The majority of the time they are friendly and quick. Coffee and donuts are tasty.
