Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Awful service. Rented a car for 5 weeks. Went to renew gave me all kinds of problems even though I had money in hand, had to go to different company and I was stranded without a car overnight after giving them over 1200 in rental cost. Unorganized and terrible management. Never again

This was my first time renting from a non-​airport location. The guys working at this location where great! I was up-​graded because they did not have my selected vehicle available. The check-​in process took a little longer than expected because an employee was using the vehicle at that time. The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is that they called me a day ahead suggesting I come in early to pick up the car because they expected to be busy however they did not tell me in doing so it would automatically change my pick up time to an earlier time. Thankfully I was able to return the car 2 hours earlier.

Efficient and friendly service! And the car was clean too! They even called one day into my rental to make sure that everything was going well with it. Such small acts go a long way and let me know that they are serious about the customer’s experience. Thank you!

I had a great time visiting Rhode Island again and the team at enterprise in Pawtucket were great, they got me in and out office quickly and the car was great!!! no problems that’s what I like. Thank you guys.

I rented a super small car that Chris upgraded to an elantra — very nice! I used this car for 10 days and drove it to Richmond VA for $ 50 a day what a deal!!! Thanks a lot Enterprise!!!

Needed a car for a day for a quick trip up north. Called the day before, said I wanted an economy car and made a reservation. Came in the next morning, my requested car was ready. Did the paper work and went over the car and what they will accept for damage. I was offered insurance but since I was not doing any city driving or parking, I declined. The car, a Nissan Altima, was clean with a quarter tank and fun to highway drive. Staff was very polite, pleasant and professional. Though I didn’t ask for a ride over, and they didn’t offer, they did give me a ride home which was great. Next time I would probably ask to be picked up. Otherwise, I had a good experience renting from this Enterprise location, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would recommend them.

They really «will pick you up» AND in my case drive you home! I got dropped thinking the insurance company had squared away the car but they hadn’t. I was the one that got hit so i was quite PO’d but knew it wasn’t Enterprise’s fault. I called my wife and while asking her to pick me up the salesman offered to drive me home. Saved her from wrangling up the kids at dinner time.

So I was driving home from my son’s dentist appointment in the miserable NE weather on Monday when I hydroplaned into the cement median getting onto route 6 east. Now I’m a busy girl, I work two jobs, go to college and have two lil people that I drive around. Not having my vehicle was not an option. Not only would this put a damper on my social life, it would negatively effect my everyday routine. Immeditiately I called my insurance, informed anyone that I would be inconveniencing and called Enterprise rental. It was 5:20 so I doubted that they could accomadate me right away but remained hopeful. Surprisingly they told me to come in and they would have a car ready for me!!! Originally he had offered a Dodge Caliber (whatever the hell that is) but when I noticed the Kia Soul (aka the hamster mobile– long story but my husbands Nana has one, hamsters and all). It was bright green and obnoxious, I had to have it. He happily offered it instead of the Dodge whatchamacallit. Great customer service!!!

So I was in desperate need of a rental car during my visit back home to Massachusetts. Since I was staying with my friend in Pawtucket, RI, I thought I would hit up Enterprise by his house. I was left without a ride and just like the commercials, Enterprise came and picked me up.
The lady assisting me was the bomb. She walked me through everything and was incredibly helpful. The process was smooth and my car was available within reasonable time. If you can, I would recommend renting the car for the weekend (Thursday-​Monday). Oh when renting from Enterprise make sure you remember to leave room on your credit card for the $ 150 deposit. I wouldn’t advise using a debit card. You have to jump through so many hoops in order to use it. Also remember that they are not open on Sundays.
WeatherMan Predicts: Great service. If you are lucky enough to have Liz helping you out then you’re in good shape. 60−65% chance of you Ford Focusin’ it around town!
