We love the Veggie Box program, $ 25 weekly to pick up a box of produce, changes from week to week depending on what’s in season. They make a nice newsletter with links to excellent recipes for the produce you get.

After hearing about the Farm Fresh Farmers Market for years, my friends and I made a date to check it out a few weeks back on a rainy Saturday afternoon.
As it is the end of the winter season, understandably, there wasn’t a lot of farm fresh of anything. We also arrived about an hour and half before it was closing, so I’m sure we missed out on all of the goodies and samples that were put out first thing in the morning.
The market was a decent size, spanning both of the long hallways of the Hope Artiste Village. It was also a great way to check out the local permanent businesses that are housed there.
I loved being able to sample most of the food items for sale before deciding if I wanted to purchase it, even if there weren’t many samples left. Everyone that we dealt with was very informative and friendly.
Would love to go back in the summer to check out the fruits and vegetables because nothing beats farm fresh!

Farm fresh Rhode Island is a wonderful organization that is helping bring awareness about eating healthy fresh food. Helping farmers get their product to market and connecting both farmers and people. They are good people doing good things in our community. #dowelldogood #wesharehope #pawtucket

Johnston, RI
Farm Fresh is a great place that brings farmers and chefs together. Always local and always fresh. They run a lot of the farmers markets in the state and do a great job with it. The Lippit Park and Armory markets are theirs. They accept EBT and credit cards at the market, which is awesome.
As a chef who purchases on a whole sale level… its amazing to be connected to the local farms through Farm Fresh. It makes life a lot easier then having to go to a bunch of different farms to pick up it all up.
