Lucinda’s Pizza

I love this place! Very good customers service and the food is great. The prices are affordable and their specials are great.

They are very nice. Their customer service is really friendly and kind. Ordered a small cheese pizza which was really good. My kids loved it too. Also ordered a small Italian. Bread was really fresh and it was good, although it lacked something. I think it might have been better with a little more oil and vinegar. I really liked the service and the pizza. There was only one disappointment. My order came out to $ 11.00. The tax was .88 cents, which made the order $ 11.88. He told me my order came up to $ 12.00. After I got off the phone, I thought about this. Now, it’s only .12 cents but still… why did he charge me more. So, I called him back and he told me that the credit card machine automatically rounds up to the nearest dollar. Huh? I hung up but it left me a little disappointed. I felt he was dishonest. I have worked in fast food restaurants and I had my own resale shop and never did a credit card machine «round up.» It’s too bad because I really do like their service and food but it left me feeling a little uncomfortable. 12 cents a customer can really add up after a while and it just doesn’t seem right.
