This place is a gem. The best breakfast place I’ve been to and beating all other breakfast chains (looking at you IHOP). The staff is super friendly and the food is always fresh.

What a nice little spot
They serve up breakfast and lunch, not sure if lunch when lunch starts or if its all day. The place is a good size plenty of room for seating. It’s seat yourself so just find yourself a nice little spot and a waitress will be right with you. I do have to say the stools around the bar are a bit high so if you’re short it could be a problem. I hate having my feet dangle without a foot rest so be warned.
The food was great I stuck with breakfast and it came out fast and hot. The corned beef hash doesn’t look cooked in house, I’ve definitely had better. I did really enjoy their hash browns though super crispy which was nice.
I’d like to come back and try their lunch menu.

A warm, inviting restaurant with quick service, friendly staff, reasonable prices and exceptional diner style food. Featuring a harp shaped breakfast bar, this place has definitely become a staple for my family on Sunday mornings. In fact, we drive all the way from the east side of providence and pass by many breakfast places just to eat at this family owned establishment.
The food is good, except the hash which is obviously canned. But do yourself a favor and get the chocolate chip pancakes or blueberry pancakes — You won’t be disappointed. Say yes to the powdered sugar and butter and even skip the syrup — the pancakes are sweet enough!
The egg sandwiches are simple and yummy, and the prices are reasonable :)

This was our first time here. We came on Labor Day. They were only serving breakfast since they were closing early due to the holiday. We ordered the Oreo pancakes, there peanut butter pancakes, and bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel with home fries. The portions were good size. The Oreo pancakes were a hit. The peanut butter ones were ok. The egg sandwich and home fries were awesome. The home fries were seasoned and cooked just right. Staff was very friendly you could tell they knew there regulars well.

Day trip with hungry kids. Just happened to stumble upon Maria’s for breakfast. So worth it. Very reasonably priced. Kids had bagels, French toast served with bacon. Adults had egg sandwiches one on rye with ham the other with bacon on a croissant. Table next to us had waffles with fruit and whipped cream. Great selection without breaking the wallet. Wonderful service. Just a warning, it is cash only.

This is a place you can’t go wrong for when wanting breakfast. The food is great and the staff is friendly and service is great. Homefries are good and done just right. One of the better ones around. Portions are great and a good size. Yes there can be a wait at times on the weekend but when it’s good you know there will be. Try it here and you will thank me.

Prices are not bad at all for the great food that will be eaten. Remember to bring cash since no credit cards are accepted. Also quick tip if going Sunday’s plan to wait since it get so packed or call in for pick up. Can’t say to much about the lunch since only ate breakfast which again I say it was amazing food.

Good food at a fair price! The lumberjack special is my go to meal. Never have to wait long for a table or your food. This is THE best breakfast place I’ve found in my area!

It’s a good spot, just know what to expect.
Service = 5 stars
Ambience= no particular charm, but what it lacks in décor it makes up for in friendly staff that clearly get to know their customers.
Food= they’re not going for gourmet, No fancy artisan breads or cappuccino. But real eggs and the kielbasa is local. This is solid diner food with your cup of coffee.
So why not give it 5 stars? I can’t tell if I’m being stingy. I just didn’t walk out of there saying «I will definitely be back.»

We came in on a Tuesday morning and were greeted promptly to take a seat anywhere. Our server donna came over immediately to set us up and bring our coffees (which were fresh and refilled often). I ordered an egg white bacon chz, spinach and onion omelet with baked beans and a single oreo panc (yummm). The pancake tasted perfectly sweetened and soft. Good flavor and texture on the pancake. The onions were still crunchy in the omelet which I hate, but its common at all breakfast places. The homefries looked delicious like they were fried. I regretted getting the beans instead of the hfs because they looked real good. We will definitely be back.

This place is so tasty!!! Their chocolate chip pancakes are always something I HAD to get when I was pregnant. Always super busy on the weekends but SO worth the wait, I promise!

My wife and I had breakfast at Maria’s this am and it was very good. The service was outstanding and food was good. The portion was good and the Bacon was crisp the way I like it. It only took less than 10 minutes for the food to arrive. This is the first time there and we will return soon. Everyone looked like they were enjoying themselves.

We moved to a block away from maria’s few months ago. We have been going here for breakfast ever since. The food is delicious all the time. The home fries is awesome and the bacon is always crispy (which i like). Price is good, big portion, super friendly staff. Its cash only and crowded on brunch time sat n sun (typical good breakfast place). Def continue going here and highly recommend.

I tried this place after reading all the positive reviews, and those reviews are spot on! Great food, super fast, friendly service. The home fries are heavenly and without a doubt the best I’ve ever had. For serious. I had the everything omelet, for which I could choose beans as a side! Awesome! The banana pancakes were ridiculously delicious.
There was a slight wait, but there was also instant acknowledgement of our presence, and we waited only about 5 minutes on a busy Sunday morning!
I highly recommend this place for breakfast. You will not be disappointed.
