Dr Feldman is awesome, took time to listen to what was bothering me & actually help, not just throw a ton of pain pills at me like most drs. They X Ray here & can get you a same day MRI.

Update: Unfortunately, the billing department at OrthoNow repeatedly submitted our insurance information incorrectly. It took months and many phone calls to our insurance company and OrthoNow to get things straightened out. This includes OrthoNow not returning our calls and then threatening collections via a letter stating we ignored their attempts to contact us. Luckily, I had good documentation and finally was able to resolve the issue with the help of the billing manager. Another family member had similar insurance issues with Blackstone Valley Ortho, the parent company.
OrthoNow is a great concept, but the hassle we had to deal with afterwards was not worth it!
Original review: What a great service! My son got hurt in gym class and we were concerned about his swollen ankle and knee. It wasn’t an emergency room visit, but I wanted someone better than an urgent care. We had heard about OrthoNowRI and were very happy with the service. Real orthopedic care after hours, with x-​ray services and the ability to get the injury addressed immediately. I was really happy with the services and knowledgeable medical care.
