Extremely helpful! Chris was very friendly, knowledgeable, took the time to ease my worries, and solve our problem. The man at Sprint «couldn’t transfer all my important data from my broken phone» Chris did it with no problem. Great place and awesome service!

although they were unable to fix my phone due to water damage, I will definitely be back for any other phone problems! they tried to fix my phone for several hours and did not charge me. the staff was very friendly and very knowledgable. will definitely go back!

I have tried to work with this company on 3 different occasions. They failed on all 3. Shame on me. The most recent one was with a screen repair and they royally messed it up. It took 6 months to resolve the issues. (some part due to my time constraints.) When we finally worked out a deal they handed me a phone missing many internal parts, and also water damaged. (iphones need to pull back cover to check) There customer service is horrible and there craftsmanship is shotty at best! Someone needs to teach them business ethics

The owner Manny is very nice, but his other 2 dumbas* employees David & Jon will be the downfall of his business! If he got rid of them his business will really thrive! They messed up my phone. Ended up coming out of pocket all this money. After complaining to Manny he was very helpful and offered to fix the issue or he would refund my money!
