Wendy’s

As far as fast food places go, I prefer Wendy’s to the other usual suspects.
However, I have been to this particular location several times, and it is so inconsistent. Sometimes it’s the service that is bad. Other times, it’s food issues.
The rating I gave today is based on my overall experience with this location… not just today’s.
On today’s visit, we had the following issues:
— Waited in line to order for 20 minutes… there were only 3 people in front of us.
— Ordered a double burger; got a single & an attitude instead.
— Not one table was wiped down
— There was a hair in my sandwich
The food was good though… today. I don’t do fast food often. But, it’s going to be even less after today’s experience.

Wish this place wasn’t the closest fast food place because the people who work here are dumb as rocks. Every time I go they mess up the order. My order is very simple, classic single with cheese plain. Get home and for the third time in a month NOT plain. I gave it three strikes before putting this up. The level of stupidity is amazing. Maybe they should ensure all employees speak and read English before allowing them to take orders. Another burger in the trash and another $ 5 wasted, smhh.

I live nearby so I stop in often for soda or fries for my son. This is only a review of the service: they work hard, are always busy and are almost always courteous if not friendly. Good job guys — wish you had more staff to help during busy times!

I wish I could give no stars. This is literally the WORST Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. The employees are ridiculously rude.
There’s never been a time I went and got everything I’ve wanted, there’s always something broken or sold out.

They should be shut down. I have never felt so degraded to eating fast food in my life! Not only were the girls taking my order swearing on the microphone they were also saying rude remarks. I am assuming the older man working was a manager and he was being ignorant as well. Yet I still ordered my food and paid for it but I could not even eat it in fear they tampered with it! I honestly think it’s in everyone’s best interest to never eat at this location.

What can I say? Obviously, I wasn’t in the mood for the most elaborate cuisine, I mean, I’m just grabbing a quick bite at Wendy’s. No harm, no foul right? Wrong.
The staff is awful, rude, and distasteful. Getting your food ready for you is apparently the most difficult chore in existence. And when it finally does come up, it looks like it’s been kicked around a bit before being, finally, begrudgingly handed over.
Again, I wasn’t expecting 5 star French cuisine, just a moderately decent bite.
I tried this Wendy’s location 3 different times over the course of 6 months. From the Summer into the Winter. I held back each time from writing a harsh review because I figured that it could just be a bad time. I was wrong.
The food has been wasting away under heat lamps during non-​peak hours, and even if you get it during a fresher window, it’s still an awful mess. And that’s if you even get your correct order given to you.

I never leave reviews but this is unbelievable .! I’ve lived in central falls for 7 years. In the past 7 years the amount of times I’ve gone to this Wendy’s I could not even count on two hands. Still 99.8% of the time they forget something in my order or give me the wrong thing. ! It’s to the point where I stay at the window and check my meal to make sure I got everything. And all the right things. I order normal things like anyone else I don’t give difficult orders. Yet they still mess up I don’t understand. The staff are all rude and extremely unprofessional. I have complained once or twice but don’t even bother. The mangers never seem to care. It’s sad this is the closest Wendy’s to home. But I’ve come to the conclusion that I rather waste more gas going else where then going through the hassle and stress here.

If you don’t like a vanilla frosty at any given weeeee early of the morning, than I’m not sure I’ll ever understand you… And maybe (bc frosties are the best) I think you have problems with your palette. 100+ soda flavors too! No joke. Try the spicy chicken nuggets. All of their burgers are awesome. If you’re low on cash go for a chicken sandwich and small frosty from the dollar menu. HOLLA Dave Thomas!

I usually don’t review fast good,.but I had to… this is the second time I’ve gone to this Wendy’s location on Broad Street in Central Falls, RI has got to be the worst in the state… it’s like they just throw your food together… this last time I got a BBQ Pulled pork combo… which I’ve had before at other Wendy’s locations and it’s been fine… but this location SUCKS… my sandwich was all bun… I took it back and ask for the manager… she said «oh I’ll make it over for you».
I will never be returning to this Wendy’s!!!

Had a problem with my order once, sent an email to the head office twice, they never sent me a reply.

I don’t usually like to review fast food chains since I believe they are usually all the same but I find it necessary to review this poor excuse for an establishment. This place is always and I mean always running out of items. The other day it was grilled chicken then baked potatoes then frostys. How do you run out of chicken at 6pm, you sell chicken and burgers thats what you do. The management needs to go back to Wendys University and retake the class on ordering. Beside them always running out of food you have to deal with the large homeless population that hangs out in the parking lot getting wrecked on plastic bottle vodka begging for money. I tell them I would buy them a sandwhich but wendys ran out.
