Mr. Teague did not advise of an «estimate fee.» Imagine my surprise when I got an invoice for $ 75.60 for an incomplete estimate. He will not be selected as the contractor as after some research I found he was NOT a licensed contractor.
I paid the invoice as I maintain all of my accounts. Next up? Contractor’s licensing board for contracting without a license.
