Probably the best local pizza spot in town. Pizza always comes out piping hot and tasty and the breadsticks are just as good if not better. I was surprised to learn that it’s also a great lunch spot. The lunch specials almost seem to good to be true. Staff are very friendly and helpful and it has a great buzz and atmosphere. The dining area has that classic pizza shop feel you expect with a few tvs and arcade games. Probably the only pizza place I’ll be visiting from now on when I’m in town.

We had a Pizza Factory in my hometown in California and they ended up closing. We moved to Arizona and couldn’t believe we were able to find one! The pizza reminded me of my childhood all over again! Fresh toppings and the breadsticks were nice and hot and delicious. The food itself gets 5 stars, but the sit down area inside was a little dirty and we had to find an area away from the arcade section so we didn’t have to hear kids screaming while we ate. Overall great experience and we will be back soon!

I don’t think the employees have any idea what they are doing! We have had the worst service. I phoned in an order for a small two topping pizza, was told the price was $ 20.20. I called back and questioned the price I was then told $ 11.21. The employee who answered the phone kept having to ask someone for information about the questions I asked her.

When it comes to pizza places in the modest town of Payson, this place really is as good as it gets! Simple, rustic and maybe even somewhat nostalgic would aptly describe the decorum. The only thing this place needs to focus on is making good pizza. And boy did they nail it! The first thing you have to understand about their pizza is that it’s hand tossed. This is key when you realize that crust makes the pizza. Yes, the toppings and sauce are important as well. But all of that is lost if the crust is too greasy or too thick or inedible like I’ve experienced with some other places. However, I have little complaints about the pizza here. Ah, but let’s discuss the other commodity most pizza places should be able to execute well: the wings. I ordered some hot wings because I was in the mood for some. Now, to the faint of heart(much like myself when it comes to spicy food), the hot wings aren’t even that«hot»; they’re mild. And they are SO delicious! Possibly the best wings I’ve had since Jersey. For me, this sealed the deal for this place to receive a 5 star rating. I mean… pizza = perfect! Wings = phenomenal! Location = perfect!(the entrance is actually on the FRONT, where it should be!) Decorum = simple, yet rustic. It didn’t need to be complicated. It just needs to serve delicious food. Oh, and they deliver as well. Which, when you consider how small Payson is, that is a BIG bonus for the… Paysonians?(is that even a thing?) Pizza shouldn’t suck. So when you drive thru this modest town and you’re trying to decide between the local Pizza Factory and some over-hyped chain restaurant, do yourself a favor: go with the hole-in-the-wall establishment. Your stomach will thank you later.

Ive actually ate here twice and I am becoming a fan! The pizzas are loaded with fresh toppings, service is fast and friendly, they have a nice little salad bar, and serve beer! There isn’t much more you can ask from a pizza place, lunch specials are good value for the money and I have not been disappointed yet! Check them out when you get a pizza craving!

While staying in the quality inn in Payson we decided to order delivery. After looking at Unilocal photos decided pizza was thick crust so that was a pass. Decided on the Greek salad and wings. Salad was relatively large and tasty. Wings were large but not our style. Kinda gooey and greasy. But delivery time excellent. Would eat there but noo wings

Walked in 10 minutes to close and they were happy to have us. Pizza was fantastic! Staff was friendly and accommodating. Pizza was also very tasty. Highly recommend this place.

We got delivery during our one night hotel stay in Payson. The pizza was OK, decent for the type of pizza place it is(i.e., a chain and not in Chicago), better than Domino’s or Sarpino’s. The salad we ordered was disappointing at best for what it cost. Plus, we ordered a Greek salad and got the antipasto instead. I think that was the delivery person’s fault though. He forgot to bring it with the pizza, and brought it to us on his next trip out. The pizza was delivered quickly and it was nice and hot.

Our«go to» for pizza. Love the Hawaiian with pineapple/Canadian bacon. It is always busy. Please have the staff repeat the order to you, have had pizza with wrong topping. Prices are average, though with additional topping prices added can rise. This is massively family/kid friendly and should be expected when you attend.

The staff was friendly but the atmosphere & pizza were lousy. The pizza is very much like Dominos pizza or similar to any type of chain that delivers pizza for cheap. Plain pie had to much thick red pizza sauce that tastes like its out of a can & not fresh. Do yourself a favor & skip this joint that’s located in a strip mall.

What a neat, casual pizza shop. Stopped in while on 260 from Pinetop and it is right off of the highway. Order at the counter and they give you a number to later bring your food to the table. The place is larger than it seems with many wooden picnic tables and a small arcade in back. No children’s menu, but a helpful gal at the counter said they would cut a slice into small pieces and give a small cup to cover for his drink(no milk or juice options, FYI). They have Gold Peak tea, which made me a happy lady! We ordered the couples special(small, 2-topping pizza, 2 salad bar bowls and 2 drinks) and a slice and small drink for our kiddo, which came out to $ 17. The salad bar had some browning lettuce and unique– looking dressings but served its purpose. The ranch came in handy later to dip the big crust into(you’re welcome ;-)). We got our pizza fresh out of the oven within 15 – 20 minutes. The spinach was great but much of the broccoli singed. Looked like a tree that caught fire. Ha! The crust was thick and chewy, in a very good way! We felt that the crust thickness and texture was great but it could have used a bit of flavor. The sauce and cheese were tasty and fresh. The pie was cooked perfectly and the service helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back when passing through.

After a day at the creeks this Pizza hit the spot like you wouldn’t believe it. I called ahead to carry out our order salads, wings, pizza(Hawaiian, pepperoni and cheese) order was ready in time they told me it would be(20 mins) it was delicious. .crust was toasty but the rest soft and cheesy to perfection. Wings were okay, salads were yummy. Will definitely come here again on our next trip to Payson.

My family’s favorite pizza place in Payson! It’s our first go to meal whether we are at home or working at our shop in star valley. Their crust is perfect, sauce has just enough seasoning, and the breadstix are to die for. They are saved in our favorites list of phone numbers on all our phones. Amazing, fast, friendly service and food.

Pretty good little pizza place. It reminds me of «Round Table» pizza in California. My wife thinks it’s average but it’s nostalgic for me. Breadsticks are awesome as well as the pizzas. Great lunch specials and family combos.

Good pizza. Surprisingly. Just came in for lunch as I was passing through town. Pizza crust was soft and chewy, but had a nice hard crust on bottom. Right amount of cheese, cooked golden brown. Can’t complain about good pizza! The two slice combo was a great deal. $ 5.00 for two big slices and a 32 oz drink. Can’t beat that!

Pizza by the slice. Open until 4 a.m. The pizza is pizza. The rating is for the owner who is downtowner who gets the neighborhood(the Arts District) and the back patio is adorable.

Fresh ingredients and clearly a great recipe. We are here on recommendation from a Paysonite and it lived up to her hype! Definitely recommend it for cheap beer and great pizza. Get the breadsticks!!! Totally worth it.

Ordered lasagna to-go($ 7.95). I sat at a table to wait for my order and my arm immediately adhered to the table top. As I looked around I noticed that my table, and the surrounding tables all needed to be cleaned. I was sitting next to the salad bar and it needed to be cleaned as well. It was an odd looking salad bar. There was a large bowl of bagged salad mix and all the salad mix ins were nothing not but pizza toppings – pepperoni, onions, etc. When I got home and looked at my lasagna, it looked like a sausage pizza on lasagna noodles instead of a crust. The tomato sauce tasted like pizza sauce. The meat filling was the same sausage you put on pizza. There was very little cheese. The order included a piece of garlic bread that was OK. The staff looks like all high school kids with just enough bodies to take and fill orders. There are a few booths and tables, but most of the seating is picnic tables. The are a few old-school arcade games. This is a franchise of a national chain. Parking is close to the door.

The other reviewers are not kidding with the bread sticks! Worth every calorie! Enough garlicky butter left on the tray to compliment the crust of your pizza too! Or, you could make the«healthy» choice and go with the salad bar for your main meal… yeah, right! ;)

Payson is an awesome hiking destination, but it usually doesn’t scream«best eats». After a long hike we were starving for some non-chain food and Pizza Factory showed some Unilocal promise. Although the name itself SOUNDS like a chain restaurant, the place definitely feels very family owned and like the town’s place-to-go. Among the 5 of us we decided to buy 1 family meal(1 large pizza, 1 bread sticks order and 1 large soda) + 1 large pizza for about $ 40. The bread sticks came out first and we attacked them as if we hadn’t eaten in days. They were fluffy and bursting with garlic flavor. As we started eating them we notice the huge pool of butter and chopped fresh garlic on the plate, just screaming«heart attack». We did what any normal person would: scoff at how«gross» it looks and proceed to grab the pizza crust and drown it in the plate. Hmmmmmmm, calories. For our pizzas we got a magnificent combo of Pineapple, Jalapeño, Peppers and Sausage as well as a Pepperoni-only pizza. I don’t know why we bothered just getting pepperoni on one since the other pizza was the clear winner: sweet with the pineapple, awesomely meaty with the sausage, «healthy» with the peppers and super spicy with the jalapeño. It was truly the perfect flavor profile. The pizza itself was warm and fluffy with a little crunchy crust on the bottom, a mix between thick crust and crunchy Neopolitana. We were pretty surprised with how decent it was, somehow expecting sub-par pie(because we are snotty city kids). Within seconds, we had devoured everything in our sight and quickly entered a very slow and comfy food coma that many of us got to enjoy aaaaaaaaaall the way back home.
