Not the prettiest hotel from the outside but they have updated and clean rooms. They are also a pet friendly hotel and have a section of the hotel just for pet owners. The best part is that they have patio access to an open area to take your dogs out to potty. They also provide poop bags and a container to dispose of the bags. Really good free breakfast as well! We only chose this place because there were no affordable cabins available. But we lucked out! We will absolutely consider this hotel again for staying in town.

We stayed in a King suite and it was REALLY roomy. The bathroom was huge too. The place was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We had to switch rooms because our fridge was broken. But the nice young man at front desk(Jacob I think) came down to our room right away and tried to fix it himself. For the price we paid, I was pleasantly surprised! And they are pet friendly which is always nice. We will be visiting again thanks to friendly staff, clean rooms, and very affordable prices

Hard to rate. Rooms were okay. Clean but décor confusing. Furniture size didn’t match room size. Had to kinda walk around things. But nice and comfortable we have a pet and that was outstanding surroundings to walk pet. The free breakfast was a highlight. I usually look at what’s on the menu and generally pass. The food looked good and tasted good.

I wasn’t sure whether to rate this 3 or 4. The cleanliness was a 4. Everything was nicely cleaned and although the property isn’t new, it’s all in good condition. The wi-fi is useless though, works only in some areas and never reliably(among my group we had three rooms and half a dozen devices, all had the same issues). Service at the desk is very friendly. They have a free hot breakfast.

Our stay at the Quality Inn was uneventful, which is good. We booked on Priceline and were given a King Bed. However, we need a room with 2 queens. Upon check in we asked for a room with 2 queens. They consider this an «upgrade» so we were charged and extra $ 20.00. The room was clean and very spacious, with a big closet. There was microwave and mini fridge in the room. I especially liked that they had security bars on the sliding door that lead out to the spacious balcony. The hot breakfast was good and fulfilling. The hotel’s gym was great. New cardio equipment and enough strength training to get the job done. Had we not done a «blind bid» through Priceline, I probably wouldn’t have booked this hotel, due to the entrance to the rooms being on the exterior. However, we had no issues with security. Bottom line, if we were in the area again, we would stay here another time.

There are no windows on the outside of the hotel. If you’d like to keep an eye on your vehicle, that ain’t happin’. It seriously looks like an old prison. The rooms were clean and not horrible.

Great family hotel. Clean. Big rooms. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. We got snowed in and were fortune enough to have found this place. Great Mexican restaurant across the street(walkable). Good showers. TV. Etc. Thumbs up.

Room was nice … problem was I needed to leave and two cars parked in front of my Cargo Trailer late at night(someone should have told them where to park) that I parked in trailer parking hence the two cars parked where they weren’t supposed to. Now making me at this point over an hour behind schedule. I called front desk twice no call back as of yet. If the front desk cant explain to people where they can and cant park then they need to know where each car belongs too… or post — Car/Truck parking — trailer parking!

My husband and I recently stayed at the Quality Inn Payson while traveling through Payson to visit family for Thanksgiving. While the room and the service were certainly adequate, we had an unfortunate incident that would preclude us ever staying here again or recommending this establishment to any other travelers. On the morning we checked out we inadvertently left all of my hanging clothes(approximately 20 pieces) in the closet. We realized the mistake that evening when we arrived at our next hotel and immediately called the Quality Inn Payson and spoke to a staff member who said that she had the clothes in a bag and that we could have them shipped by filing a report on the lost-and-found site . We filled out the claim report immediately that Thursday night and received an auto-responder indicating that the hotel had been notified and that we would receive a response from them within 24 hours. By Saturday we had not heard from the hotel management, so we called and spoke with the staff Jake, who told us that only the manager could ship the items, and she did not work on the weekends but would contact us on Monday. We called the hotel late Monday morning and spoke with another staff member, Jodie who said that she could ship the clothes to our destination. Unfortunately when the clothes arrived two days later six of the newer pieces were missing. We called the hotel and spoke with Jodie, described the pieces in detail but were told that she recalled the items and they were all shipped and that our only recourse was to file a police report, which we did. The local police were cordial and did contact the hotel, and spoke with Jodie, but were told the same thing and let us know that there was nothing further they could do. Throughout the ordeal, we were never able to speak directly with the manager although we asked on two occasions to speak with her. Clearly someone on the hotel staff is not above stealing from guests, so we hope this information serves to not only warn other travelers who choose to stay at the Quality Inn Payson, but hopefully this will garner the attention of upper management, and they will make a concerted effort to identify and eliminate the dishonest employee(s). Shame on you Quality Inn Payson!!! You TOOK my clothes. but you didn’t STEAL our wonderful Thanksgiving with family & friends!
