Safelite AutoGlass

I broke my window on Saturday and they said they would replace the glass on the back of my pickup truck window at the following Friday. 10 minutes before my appointment they called me up to let me know that they had ordered in the wrong glass. They then told me it would be the following Friday before they could replace it. later that evening I was called and informed that they would replace the glass Monday instead but on Monday I was informed that it would still be that Friday. I already had taken 2 days off of work and now they were expecting me to take another day off. I’m sorry I just had to cancel. I know I live in a remote area and I am pretty understanding but I called a local company and they are going to replace it in a single day not two weeks.
