We had the misfortune of throwing our transmission while towing our travel trailer up the hill between Camp Verde and Strawberry just before Labor Day Weekend. AAA had us towed in to Payson. Upon the recommendation of our driver, we had our truck serviced at Southwest Transmission. These guys are great! They backed our trailer into a parking spot and ran electricity out to us. They then began work on our truck immediately. Although it was late in the afternoon, our truck was completely prepped for the new transmission prior to closing. That night, the owner drove to his shop in Show Low and returned with the parts so that work could be completed first thing in the morning. We were allowed to stay on the premises over night. The next morning were were hitched up and on the road by 10:30 a.m. Our camping trip was not ruined after all! I can not speak highly enough about the guys at Southwest Transmission!
