Not only did Paul not fix my wife’s Asus laptop, we got it back with the screen no longer working. Funny, we dropped it off with a 750 gig hard drive and he returned it to us with a 300 gig hard drive. Either he’s a thief or incompetent… or both.

I brought Paul my laptop with a charging problem. He said I needed a new motherboard and then commented on my nice wallpaper. When he received the part, he called me and proceeded to tell me my hard drive was erased and it must have been something I did before I gave him the computer. He then swore up and down he never logged in to my computer. How did you know I had nice wallpaper? I lost all my files and had to call the manufacturer for recovery discs. I wouldn’t recommend this guy to my worst enemy.

Paul is a genius at computer diagnostics and repairs. Seriously! He fixed my hopeless laptop both physically(broken hinges and battery) and restored what I thought was totally lost hard drive and data. Watching him work is amazing — I thought I was a good multi-tasker — but Paul worked on my laptop(on an emergency come-right-in w/o an appt basis) while remotely supporting 3 other clients. His office is very clean and comfortable if you need to wait. And that’s an important point … Waiting while he does a diagnosis. One cannot be in an impatient hurry and demand instant service from a computer repair service. He is thorough, honest and very reasonable in his rates. Within a couple of days I’m back up and running as if it never happened.
