I was just at your Northshore mall location 3÷22÷14 and I’ve never felt so insulted in my life. The manager on duty was so rude and very aggressive. I’m a manager at a retailer and I could never treat a paying customer the way she just did. My sister and I were searching high and low all evening for a high waisted bikini bottom. We finally find the perfect bottom at your Northshore mall location, as i grab the bottom to purchase at your cash wrap the manager tells were closed its 6pm. The doors were not locked and it had just turned 6. I needed the bottoms for a trip I’m leaving i tomorrow. I was willing to purchase with out trying on. I mentioned this to the manager and she proceeded to yell were closed. I’m insulted that I was not able to make a purchase even though the registers were still open. Your managers should be more mindful of paying customers. I know I am when I’m at my store.
