Absolutely one of the most unprofessional businesses I have ever dealt with! I tried to reach out by email and phone and never heard back, but since I was in a pickle and needed someone I tried to reach out again a few weeks after that and this time someone answered me, but then fell off the face of the earth without responding to my messages or emails. Just HORRIBLE!

My wife called to make an appointment
a couple weeks ago. She called again this
morning to confirm her
appointment and was told she was all set. When she
got there after work (4:30P.M.-5:P.M.)They had a sign that read –No normal business
hours Call for an appointment–
Which she already did!!!
Beware half-​assed business practices!!!
They called to apologize the next day but
my wife had already called Curran Brothers
in Danvers in a panic who took care of her
right away!
