My husband and I went here for our first boat purchase as a couple. I know nothing about boats, so when my husband discussed build quality I had no idea what he was talking about. We scheduled a sea trial during one of their «demo days» and our sales person Dave even brought his personal EdgeWater for us to try. There was no question about the difference in the ride vs. other boats we’ve ridden in. Dave was extremely helpful and kind. He never made me feel like a novice or like we were lesser as clients since we were purchasing a used boat. We will definitely be purchasing our next boat here.

We brought our boat there for service and it took them 3 weeks to say that they weren’t capable to fix it. Their manager referred an out of network shop and when we went back to them with evidence that the boat was poorly built to began with, they said that the boat wasn’t fixed in their shop and they don’t have evidence of that. Horrible!!!
