I found Canvas My Pix from a Living Social deal. Ordered 2 11×14 canvas prints and was told they would be ready in 10 to 14 days and I would be contacted as soon as it was. After 16 days I finally contacted them. I tried calling them during their business hours several times. After not reaching them I was forced to submit my inquiry via their online contact us web page. Was told my order would be ready early the next week. The following week I contacted them again (had to try calling 6 times to get someone to answer the phone) and was told it would be ready late in the week. At this point it had been 20 days since I placed the order.
I finally picked my order up today, 23 days after I placed the order. It’s a shame the customer service is so bad because the canvases came out very nice. I try very hard to support local businesses but I won’t use this place again, even with a coupon.
