Dunkin’ Donuts

I like the location on the highway, right before I get to work. But if you like coffee coolatas I wouldnt come here. Twice Ive gotten a sour one. How is that even possible? Waste of money as I had to dump it. I called to tell them so maybe theyll clean the machine better. The girl was curt and it doesnt seem like itll be cleaned… do a taste test before you drive away. it is on the highway so people really cant double back. Even when it isnt sour the coolatas are pretty bad but the location is spot on. Sometimes they dont give you a straw. which is really dumb considering it is the highway. Ive never had a good coffee coolata here, and I think Ill just drive a little further for a decent one from now on.

The last couple times I’ve gone thru the drive thru here I was not impressed with the service. I certainly didn’t appreciate the girl at the window who rolls her eyes when I want to use a coupon from the DD perks app which I have ready to redeem and then want to pay using the app so she has to scan my phone twice. Oh the nerve! There’s plenty of other dunkin donuts on the way to Boston so I will be going to another one from now on.

Decided to give another try after their renovations and worst customer service then before.
The girl that answered asked me to hold while she spoke to someone else in a different language. Hey turn off the intercom!!! Then she asked my order & proceed again to talk to someone else in her language. I had to repeat my order several times cause she couldnt get it right.
Got my ICE PUMPKIN WHT CHOC Coffee & too dark! Then they didnt give me a straw and closed the window and walked away. REALLY HOW DO I DRINK THIS IN THE CAR.

I was actually alarmed by how nice this Dunkin Donuts is. It’s large, with really nice seating and it’s incredibly clean. It’s also attached it a really nice convenient store, which is convenient.
The food ordering process was seamless and quick. When I ordered iced tea, they actually offered me a slice of fresh lemon! Nice touch. The food was standard Dunkin Donuts.
The bathrooms were also nice — single rooms, very clean and well-​lit, which is a welcome respite along Route 1!

It’s OK. It’s alright.
