If you’ve been to an outback, you know the deal. Steak. Potatoes. Small bathrooms. Yummy drinks that require more liquor than is given. And the blooming onion(and it’s twin brother the blooming onion burger), which make my husband and brother stay in the restroom for hours later in the evening. Just okay. Very average. Service at this location is usually better than the others, but I would always recommend call ahead(because they don’t offer reservations).

We went here for a steak for my boyfriend. However, I am a vegetarian & I was very disappointed that they don’t have anything for vegetarians. I had to order individual sides at $ 3,$ 4& $ 5 each. I got a baked potato, a very small portion of broccoli, and a very small salad for a total of $ 12…and I wasn’t full. As a side note I got their gingerbread martini which was fabulous! My boyfriend got a bone rib eye that he loved. The reason for 3 stars is I would like them to offer a vegetarian plate with full size portions.

Went here for date night last night. It was my boyfriend’s first time here. Our waitress was very nice and friendly. We were seated promptly and the service was great. I had the surf & turf meal and my bf ordered a pasta dish. For an appetizer, we had some sort of buffalo chicken poppers(i don’t remember what it was called, my bf ordered it) It was sooo tender and delicious. My steak cut like butter and was cooked perfectly. The boyfriend said his meal was delicious as well, the chicken was tender and juicy. We would definitely come back sometime. The reason why I took off a star was because there was a table of 5 or 6 that was seated next to mine & my bf’s table… and they were seated but received no service at all for 15 – 20 minutes. No water was brought out, no bread… no waitress came up to greet them. But my bf & I had our drinks brought out to us and our server came over to check in on us a few times. I felt really bad for them, they had 2 kids there too, and they just sat there looking around, and no one paid attention to them at all.

I visited Outback Steakhouse last month for the first time. I went for the«Steak and all you can eat shrimps» I ordered my steak done. I got it over cooked. The all you can shrimps were salty. I tried them a second time and they were even more saltier than first time, by the third time, I was afraid that my blood pressure was gonna go up through the top of my head. I will give the restaurant a second chance, perhaps with some thing else from the menu, so I will not judge it as a «never to come back place, but I won’t be ordering the all you can eat shrimp combo again. The service was good and prompt.

Went to have lunch with my mother she go to the filet mignon I ordered the ribeye 14 ounce we are both very disappointed we got the cheapest possible cuts like cafeteria meat. We would never go there again that was the first time in the last time we would have had a better meal at a sub shop

Service was fantastic, food was so-so. We called ahead for seating and we were told 30 minutes. We were in the TJ Maxx next door, so we just shopped around while waiting for our table. We called at 6:30 and we got into the restaurant at 7:03. We were told to wait another 10 – 15 minutes: reasonable considering it was a Sunday night at the dinner rush. My niece(who is 5) had to use the restroom, and upon taking her, I realized how small the stalls were. If you’re not in the handicap bathroom it is a very tight squeeze. Also, I found it strange they don’t seat you at all the tables in the restaurant… On the way to the restroom and on the way back, I noticed at least 5 tables that were empty(that could have sat my party of 4). Nonetheless, service was quick, and it was considerably cheaper than eating anywhere else in the area besides McDonald’s.

The Outback its been around for YEARS, Its a chain but its just a Steak Place right?! Well we were on vaca in Vermont recently & were starving so we stopped in &OMG forgot how good this place was. The BF doesnt often like steak places but since we went in Vermont we have been to the one around here 2 times. The drinks are good, the apps are good, the steak is GREAT. he got a burger & said it was cooked PERFECT& that he might need to go back more often as to how good it was cooked. Love everything & now that my diet has considerably changed & Protein is going to be a big part of it — we might be stopping here alot. Just seems to always be busy when we go!

Rarely do I get such great service anywhere we dine, but Vanessa W was amazing. She was attentive without being overbearing, fun and made great suggestions of things we didn’t even know were on the menu.

I was here about a week ago with my sister, we came for lunch and it was so good! We started off with the wings(my favorite) and they were amazing! Then for our main course I got the steak tacos and a caesar salad. The steak tacos were honestly the best tacos I’ve ever had! They had some green sauce(I dont think it was guacamole) that took it to the next level. I’m so glad they’re building one closer to my house!

Very bad version of what is usually a good chain. Steak charred beyond edibility. Sat and waited until my fellow diners were having dessert for replacement. Server rude. Complained to Manager. She acted like we were just trying to get something for free. We paid in full with exact 15% tip. We just wanted some acknowledgement of how rude our server had been. It was very embarrassing as I was hosting my sister for a special meal as she loves steak and was visiting from out of state and I had told my sister that the Outback steakhouse was a great chain steak restaurant .

I know what you’re thinking — 5 stars for a franchise eatery? Well, I was blown away by the entire experience. My mother wanted a bloomin’ onion and it was her birthday so I took her to the Outback. Neither one of us had ever been to one before. I was able to take the waitress aside and told her it was my mom’s birthday and that I wanted to order a special dessert and she was so nice and said they’d make her a birthday sundae on the house. The food was great. The bloomin’ onion was huge. That could have been a meal by itself. I ordered the smallest steak and it was just so good. I loved whatever their special spice combo is. The waitress even made a good iced coffee for my mom who is very picky and usually hates it(but orders it anyway which drives me crazy, but I digress). Her meal was chicken and very tasty also. She didn’t like the fries and they actually substituted it for free with potatoes when they packed it up for her to take home. She was very touched by the birthday sundae. I’d definitely return. The menu is reasonably priced and has a lot of good items.

It’s your typical chain restaurant. The staff was fine, the bartender is excellent in customer service, and the atmosphere is comfortable. I usually order their prime rib or filet mignon which are both delicious, however, my filet was over-cooked once(mistakes happen). Like I said, the bar tender is great in service, but the drinks are weak. I’d go back, but it’s not my first choice.

Went with my husband and sat at the bar. The staff was friendly, fast and accurate. Our meals came out quickly and were very good. I ordered the steak and it was cooked exactly how I wanted it. I would definitely recommend this Outback.

I should preface this by saying that I typically refuse to eat at chain restaurants. As far as these big chains go, this was entirely typical. We sat at the bar late on a Thursday night. Bar tenders were nice and attentive. We started with coconut shrimp, 8 of them. They were big and coated in an impressive amount of fried dough. They were also covered in fried coconut, but it tasted more like fried than coconut. They were bland, boring, and not worth half the calories they had. The dipping sauce was good. I got a chipped bbq chicken salad. Asked for dressing on the side and they also put bbq sauce on the side. That was nice — they didn’t mess it up, which was a nice surprise. Basically it was bland and completely unimpressive. Very much like most of the chain restaurant salads. Had the ingredients claimed in a decent ratio on a big plate of iceberg lettuce mix. Very little nutritional value. My girlfriend got the fish tacos, which were easily the best part. They were nicely cooked and with a little hot sauce had some good flavor. They were the only part of the meal where the flavor wasn’t from a sauce or dressing. What we didn’t partake in which sounded pretty good were the cheap bar drinks — though with stuff like the margaritas and sangrias, my guess is they’re all pre-measured, weak, and even further weakened by lots of ice

I went out to eat on February 13th and was truly disappointed in many parts of my meal as was my husband. I ordered a frozen piña colada and it tasted nothing like any other colada I had. It tasted more like apples pie and it was such an odd taste I couldn’t finish it. Caesar salad was drenched with dressing! My steak was cooked perfect as was my husbands, but someone forgot to check the seasoning on them. Both steaks were overly peppered and we both like pepper but it was too much. Broccoli and mashed potatoes best part of the meal. We have eaten at Outback many times and it is always busy so I do not think there was an excuse. I don’t usually send my food back, next time I will.

i gave them the benefit of the doubt last time but it’s official. their service is bad. the team of HOSTESSES are just not friendly. act like a bunch of high school kids who are insecure and too cool. our waitress was fake friendly but overall she was blah although at the time of the check she was friendly again. we still tipped her more than she deserved. food is good but service is bad

Table service is excellent, hostesses. not so much. Don’t really seem like they want to be working. Had George as our server for lunch. Attentive, helpful, not over the top or bothersome. Kept up with our refills and checked on us to see how everything was. Great lunch prices and portions. Steaks were cooked absolutely perfect! Restaurant is a pretty good size, nice and cool with the AC on the right temperature for a hot summer day. Best wedge salad ever. They put blue cheese dressing and a balsamic glaze on it! Baked Sweet Potato. one of the best sides there. Topped with a honey cinnamon butter. Mmmm. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. Molasses bread is served warm with whipped butter. Best option is definitely the steak and shrimp combo. You can’t beat a good surf & turf! Usually get shrimp on the barbie, but tried the coconut shrimp instead. Delicious! Ask for the spicy A1 sauce if you like to have steak sauce with your meat.
