The food was good except for the white rice. The rice was a very crunchy and you’ll need water to swallow it everytime.

After a bad experience tried it again. Bad food and poor service. Maybe better in restaurant not bar? Bar service bad.

Atmosphere is very franchisey also the menu seems to be very westernised? Still a good menu not a fan of their sauces or the fact that you have to pair them together, good idea but i dont think it works :(other than that not a bad place

Horrible service from the host and manager, weren’t friendly and had ignored us when me and my family needed some drinks. I have been to P. f changs in the past and will never be going again in the future. As they have lost a whole family of costumers.

Came here for my sisters 30th Bday dinner with 6 people. She was craving Mongolian Beef for about exactly 7 months. The Mongolian Beef and lettuce wraps were delicious like always. Also a special thank you to the staff.

I enjoy their food. The waitstaff is always pleasant. I do not like the latest menu change.

P.F. Chang’s, what happened? From the $ 9 whiskey sour that was all orange juice to the«dinner portion» full price gluten free Spicy Chicken that was the lunch portion size(served in less than 5 minutes — did you microwave it???) with ligaments and dark meat(yes, it’s white meat — no it wasn’t!) to the very pleasant bar staff that rushed our order(every 5 minutes — are you ready to order– we were the only ones there!!!) our visit to your Peabody MA location was a complete disappointment. You were my go-to gluten free Chinese dining choice. I’ll never come back. Oh, please check out my video of your air conditioning. Your restaurant is freezing, as well.

Ok at best. What I noticed right away was the paying and ordering system is confusing and the portions are REALLY small. I think the environment its dark and has a nice Chinese look but the food was OK but WAYYYY too salty to the point where I kind of felt sick, I’m not saying I wouldn’t go back but It would not be my first choice to eat. Food: 5.5 Environment: 9 Service: 6 Cleanliness: 8 Price:5 Overall: 5.5

Awful food, EVENWORSEISTHEPRICEYOUPAY! I will never go back to any PF Chang’s again. The wait staff was friendly but that is the only thing that was good. Other than that, any Chinese take out for HALf the price(at least) will give you 10 times better food.

People who know really good authentic Chinese food will just make the trip to Chinatown to satisfy their craving. You’ll get larger portions and it will cost less. But if you’re at the mall or nowhere near the Chinatown in your area… then PF Chang’s will do in a pinch. Though a lot more expensive than restaurants in Chinatown, most of Chang’s dishes are tasty. Lettuce Wraps are good as are the Pan Fried Dumplings. We sat at the bar this time since seats were available. We started with martinis. Lemon Drop and Grey Goose Dirty. I wanted a Lychee Martini, however the bartender informed me that they don’t make them anymore. Damn I should have done a little pre-game at home. I’m well stocked with plenty of canned lychee fruit in syrup on my countertop and Grey Goose in the freezer! I had a small order of Spicy Green Beans with Mongolian Beef and Scallions along with a serving of brown rice. Everything was deliciously prepared and I left the bar with a smile on my face.

Today they redeemed themselves. We had a great waitress who was very sweet to my boy. We had the wonton soup which isn’t my favorite there but it’s not bad. I prefer no spinach in it and no shrimp. I really liked my sweet & sour chicken but the rice was hard once again but that’s okay the chicken was amazing. My mom had honey chicken and really enjoyed it as well because it was crisp and refreshing.

Went here on movie night with my mom. A nice clean restaurant with spacious booths. It was my first time here and our server was very helpful. Explaining their dipping sauces and house favorite. She was very pleasant and attentive. The Calamari was exceptional lightly battered on a bed of crisp rice noodles. The pepper rings were Hot and the lime zest was a cool and unique topping. Really enjoyed the sweet and spicy dipping sauce. I order the Chicken Pad Thai. Very tasty and complex. The noodles were cooked perfectly and we’re not too heavy. There were crispy onions and sauteed scallions which gave the noodles a lovely zing. Crunchy nuts gave it a nice texture. Large pieces of sauteed chicken throughout. Topped with plenty of cilantro. Very delicious and satisfying.

The worst food ever at of changs At Peabody… The resturant should be embarrassed at the attempt of calling this food passable… Called in a 100.00 $$$ order, first off on the list of crap was the orange chicken, it was cut in very small cubes looked like pressed dog food, not even edible, next up noodles of mush, just a mess… what a waste of time and money

Recommendations for appetizer is to get the spareribs with sauce and the lettuce wraps. The spareribs are on point without the sauce which is another option, they are just to dry. As for entrees, I highly recommend the eggplant which came to us very hot and a touch on the oily side but the sauce and the lightness of the pieces was perfection that melts on the tounge. We also ordered the Pad Thai which I would not suggest if you have high standards for authenticity — the chicken was dry as sand and it’s not quite the sweet peanutty flavor of a Pad Thai. Aside from being dry it was tasty it just wasn’t Pad Thai. The service was very good and they pay particular attention and care with allergens and have a specific method to protect customers from accidental contamination. As someone with allergies they were the most thorough that I have ever been exposed to such that they don’t exclude you from enjoying all the meals that are safe — as opposed to telling you they aren’t sure.

It was a Sunday and my boyfriend and I couldn’t decide on what we wanted to eat. After thinking it over, we settled on P.F. Chang’s because he’d never eaten there. As lazy Sunday’s go, we opted for take-out so we could eat in the comfort of our own living room. I’m the type that agonizes over what to order. It’s usually best to give me a menu hours beforehand as that’s how long it can take me to make up my mind. Well, eventually, I settled on the lettuce wraps. Something light. I took advantage of the fact that we could order online and off we headed to go pick up our meal. We arrived early so we hung out. It was pretty quiet in the restaurant. I think we had beat the dinner crowd. After a few minutes an employee came out with our food. He was double-checking the contents of the bag when he noticed we were missing some rice so he went back in the kitchen to grab it for us. I left feeling pretty darn good that we had everything and were going to have a delicious meal. His food came out of the bag. The filling for my wraps came out of the bag. The bag of sauces came out of the bag. Lettuce. Hellloooooo? Where are youuuuu? Yep. Lettuce wraps with no lettuce to wrap. Such an important component to the dish! How it was missed is beyond my comprehension. I think I’ll just stick with the mom & pop Chinese restaurant down the street.

DONOTGOTO A PFCHANGSIFYOUHAVE A SHELLFISHALLERGY. While this may seem like a ridiculous thing to say– actually shellfish allergies are more common than you’d think, and while I don’t expect every restaurant on the face of the earth to cater to people who have weird food allergies, I’d at least like to go out to a place where not everything is loaded with oyster sauce. My boyfriend and I went here for dinner and were promptly seated and ordered drinks. We were then asked(after our drinks came) if anyone had food allergies. I said that I had a shellfish allergy but I didn’t usually make a big deal out of it and it would be fine. The server said«no no– theres a special menu I have to bring you». I said– fine. Waited 15 minutes… and… I got the menu. Literally nothing on it. There were maybe one or two appetizers that were remotely interesting. The only entrees that I could order were either chicken, or chicken, and one pork thing that sounded totally gross. And even from that list– there were only two options!!! Normally I would have said thanks but no thanks, but we already had a table and an open bill for our drinks. To get up at 9:30– go to a different restaurant and do the whole thing all over again just seemed totally ridiculous. I wound up eating pad thai, which was on the same level as any thai takeaway, except for a thai takeaway would have been way cheaper. Bottom line… I could hardly eat anything on the menu. My mojito was watery. It was expensive. The restaurant was dead on a Friday night but it was impossible to hear my boyfriend speak because the crappy 90s music was turned up so loud.(I know… we’re the rare adults who talk during a meal rather than dicking around on our iphones.) Just overall underwhelming. Skip it and get takeaway from somewhere in your neighborhood.

Let’s get this story straight — P.F. Chang’s is NOT really Chinese food. More than anything, it is American cuisine that is Chinese inspired, but that’s really it. If you’ve got to a Chinatown or eaten Chinese food with a Chinese friend, you agree with me. Food here is just average, but definitely not worth the bang for your buck; look elsewhere. Service is pretty standard; they are quick to try to liquor you up good and well before ordering. It’s Chinese food — just have the tea instead.

Let me start by saying I love PF Changs. I have been to them all over the country and never had a bad experience. This one needs to get it together. The service was mediocre and the only reason we were there was because my sister had such a terrible experience the last time she was there that they gave her a 25 dollar gift card. We wanted to have a quick lunch because we had some shopping to do at the mall but everything took forever and it wasn’t really that busy. The food was good, I had the Kung Pao Scallops and they were delicious. However, when it was finally time to pay, we gave them the gift card(that let me remind you my sister got for bad service) and they said it was declined. Ummm… what? The waitress said she was too busy to ask the manager about it and proceeded to ask questions about where we got it, when we got it etc. We told her we didn’t care how busy it was, she needed to check with the manager. She came back a few minutes later and said they would honor it. Overall, I still love PF Changs but I probably won’t be heading back to this location any time soon.
