I got my girlfriend a leather pandora a while ago, today we went there as it has started fall apart to see if there was anything that could be done, i know its may be out of warranty, but they didn’t even bother to look that up. They looked at it and had said you put to many charms on it and it weakened it Then they went and got the manager and she just said the same thing. It had 8 charms on it and when we got it we where told 8 was ok and on their site it says 9. When we went to inform them, we were treated rudely, and unprofessional just having the blame put on us and that it wasn’t manufacture damage. They were trying everything, like do you go swimming with it, or shower with it, and she does not. Its a fault in the bracelet, this is not the first time, the clasp pin bent when we first got it. They started to push buying a new one and their credit card, why would i want to spend any more money at your store? I have gotten all the charms here, and thats where they make their money not the bracelet. I have had problems with this store before, the last charm i got the sales person was demeaning to me, making me feel cheap. i don’t have a lot of money and put thought in my gifts the one i chose was good for my girlfriends personality, but the sales person was like its small, heres some nice ones, get two, how about the new line. I work retail, so i know how it works but you also don’t want to make someone go else where by demeaning them, not helping them, and just being rude. After this we went to zales, they have the persona line, Pandora may be losing a customer.

This store was hidden in the very back of the downstairs level of the mall… The girls werent the most friendly people, but they did clean my bracelet for free…
