Finally 40 minutes late and after his office staff left with out even a «we are sorry for the wait or someone will be with you shortly» once called in I took the nurse, who happened to be the drs wife aside, which was requested when I walked in the door and ignored, and I explained to her that my son has an irrational fear of drs so much so that he has let this infection go for months keeping it from me in fear of going to the dr. As well please do not just come in and start telling him what you are going to do please examine him and then speak to me. I got a «no problem» dr came in and immediately told my son what he’s going to be doing sending my son into a panic attack which he proceeded to ignore. I requested multiple times to have my son sedated, before even meeting the dr. When I told the dr what I expected he told me he thought he was being plenty accommodating and it’s not a problem for anybody else. Well Mr dr that helped tons. All the money and medical training in the world can’t give you compassion or even good bed side manner. And when a parent speaks try listening to them they know their child you don’t
