I prefer to go to the sprint store in the mall, I have been to the one on 114 and what a mess. I left frustrated! that’s when I decided to try the one in the mall. I was helped by Jon B. and he was impressive! He helped me with my phone and my daughters phone. He made sure I was taken care of and if there was any paperwork to be done he walked me through it. I left happy! Then I had to go back with some paperwork and again saw Jon and he again helped me get though it. I am so happy to be able to go here if I have a problem and feel it will get resolved! Thanks Jon!

sent me away because they can’t do anything for me whatsoever, so I had to get there, wait and walk away without being helped. Since apple has phones at this store the competition is ZERO therefore it is now expensive and you get zero service for what you came in for. I do not want an upgrade I want the same phone because I like that phone. All they do is try to talk you into another phone that is $ 360 per year in addition to insurance and the bill amount. I do not want to pay $ 360 when I am eligible for a phone because of being loyal to this company since 06. So for loyalty I get to spend $$$$$$$$ extra and have the phone break after 2 years off babying it(not dropping it and not getting it wet and not abusing the charger connection). RIPOFF. Avoid. Tell your clerks to stop pushing me into an expensive phone because I am not interested in spending $$$$$$$$$$$$ for being a loyal customer. There are no perks to being a loyal customer. You are better off getting a prepaid phone from Best Buy. Horrible experience from a company who does not need me as a customer. Zero concern for my dilemma

I stopped into this store recently to have some settings changed which I could not navigate. Dan Knowles made these adjustments for me in a very short period of time, and did so very professionally and politely. I had never been to that particular store before and I am very impressed with Dan’s service..

Bought a lg2 had it replaced once and the new one fixed 5 times. Still having problems cant rec or send text. Phone does not ring when someone calls. I could go on and on. but at least I have better coverage than at&t

Completely ignorant about their own company and products, and as an added bonus, one of their reps would not stop SHOUTING into his phone 2 feet away while his extremely soft-spoken co-worker grilled me about why I wanted the product that the Sprint site said their store had in stock, but that she claimed was never carried in any store. (By the way, I saw that same product sitting in a display case at the Saugus location not an hour previously, but THAT is a whole ‘nother can of worms.) The best part was the sarcastic sing-song«SOOORRR-EEEE» when I was on my way out the door after being told that I should just order online instead of expecting things listed as in-stock to be, you know, stocked. If they’d sold out in the time it took me to drive over, that’s one thing, but don’t tell me they’re NEVER stocked when that is so clearly a lie. Sprint is horrible and these people are some of the most horrible employees of a horrible company. If you think you hate Comcast, wait until you get a load of these goons.

Their customer service stinks. I went in with a question about my I-phone and they refused to look at it unless i paid them $ 75.00. I went next door to the apple Store and within 10 minutes, they had solved the problem – for free.
