I have used these guys probably 8 times either from the Airport or to the airport or just around Peabody and Salem. They do a good job.
I call them let them know what my flight is and when. It works well.

I would give this cab service a zero but since I can’t I will just give it a one. Terrible cab service. I usually get a cab from the mall to Salem for 10 dollars. the drive had no Idea where he was going. the GPS took him all around. he charge me 12 instead of 18 which isn’t that bad but I will never take this cab service again… never ever

I use them on a daily basis very good service. Drivers are all really nice especially Jaime she is a great driver gets me to be where I need to be one time and always puts a smile on my face and we laugh and have a good time.

I was undecided on one or two but I gave two for the cleanliness of the car. The driver I had was John. He continued to check his cell phone the entire trip which made me uncomfortable. He was unprofessional and discussed how much he dislikes his job while on the phone with someone. The meter wasn’t on and once I reached my location I was told it was 55 dollars for the ride to the airport. Which was very odd since I was picked up from the airport and given a ride a week prior and only paid 30 through a different company.

I have to tell you that this is a taxi company that will go places. Being the new kid in town, the service is better than the competition, who said they were on the way and around the corner. A real bad No Show!
When I called Sunshine, they told me when they would be there and it was on time. The drive, Buttercup, was courteous and you can tell he knows his business.
I highly recommend if you need a taxi in the Peabody or general North Shore, you should call this company!
