Emily is the owner and THE best! She is so sweet and very talented. The place is very clean and adorable. Definitely worth your time going here!

The prices were good and the place was big and seemed clean but worst fill I ever got. The woman cut me 3 times with the tool! I have never had a painful experience but the girl who seemed to be rushing and annoyed cut me with the electric tool to the point where I was bleeding. She didn’t even say sorry. I get my nails done every other week and only didn’t go to my usual place because they aren’t open on Sundays and this was the only time I was able to go. I will never go here again. The way she filed my nails made two of them crooked and then the ones that she cut are all puffy.

If I could give it a negative 5 stars I would. Avoid this place, it is awful. Everything from the start was just so unprofessional. Pedicure took 15 minutes… Really I am not even kidding. Massage? What is that? The slight slapping of some cream on you calfs they call massage here. And cuticle, you know the reason your going to the salons are to stay intact… I had color all over my cuticles that they never bothered to clean. Just awful the worst mani pedi you could pay for.

I’m sad to give 3 stars, I love TC everyone’s so nice and they have a great color selection. But the last few times my shellac manicure hasn’t lasted longer than a week. Most recently I went the Friday of Memorial Day weekend and 8 days later all but 2 fingers lifted so I had to remove the polish. I most likely will not return here for a manicure, their pedicures however are awesome and the polish always stays for just about a month!

I have to say that I have tried this place a few times now and my service while there improved from previous times, my nails look horrible a week later. I got a gel and after a few days it started peeling now and a week later it’s almost all off. Not giving them any more try’s!

Was in Peabody visiting my boyfriend’s parents and needed a gel mani. The salon had the largest selection of gel colors I’ve ever seen and they are neatly organized in CD cases by shade. The place is large, clean, and friendly. I am very particular about my nails and it takes a lot for me to find someone I like and trust. This place was amazing and I will definitely return when I’m back in town.

Worst manicure I ever had. It was so quick, my nails where all uneven and my cuticles were barely touched. The décor inside is nice, but the service was horrible. I should of known better when I came in the summer for a pedicure and wasn’t impressed. To top it off I asked the man who did my nails what one of the other services on the menu was and he said«I don’t know»?? I’ve had way better service and quality of work at other salons.

Love this place. They seem clean and are always nice to me. They take their time and do a good job. Prices are decent as well. I would recommend this place to anyone. Sometimes they are busy, but I don’t mind waiting

I have been looking for a great nail place for some time now! I’m a very picky customer I admit and when I walked in immediately I was greeted with smiles and was asked how I wanted them done shape length ect. I got the gel manicure and I was really not satisfied and the girl immediately with a smile said no worries I will redo them! Took everything off as quickly as possible and Kim redid them for me so beautifully that I made an appointment to go back and get a pedicure in a few days. My pedicure looked great my nails still look amazing. What will keep me coming back is both the great work and the fact that they are so quickly to fix anything. No one tried to sell me something I didn’t want or rush me out. Also it doesn’t take them hours to get you in and out its much quicker than most places! The place overall is clean the staff is professional and friendly! 100% will recommend to all my friends!

Why oh why did I ever stop coming to TC Nails? Oh yeah, because I moved two hours away, but that’s besides the point. I went to TC Nails in Lynn all through high school, and then when they opened a location next to Treadwell’s, I started frequenting that one. Now I live back in the area and I’m back to my old stomping grounds. I came back last week for a fill because I was sick of all the other salons I’d tried not doing my nails to my(admittedly overly detailed) specifications. I was seated right away and immediately felt at home in the cozy, clean salon(this is the location next to Treadwells). She asked if i liked them square or round, wide or narrow, thick or thin, and then proceeded to do my nails quickly and expertly based on my answers. They leave the TV’s on – and there are TV’s facing both the salon stations and the pedicure stations so you can always watch TV comfortably. They also leave them on the same station(seems small, but I have seen other salons not do this). She didn’t try to upsell me on anything, just did what I asked and did it well. The whole fill probably took between a half hour and 45 minutes. The ONLY thing that wasn’t perfect was the nail design. I asked for little Christmas wreaths on my ring fingers and she did some sort of mistletoe-y thing, but it was still cute so it wasn’t that big of an issue. I guess I will just suck it up and make the 20 minute drive to Peabody every few weeks to get them done here because there’s no point in going anywhere else :)
