CLEAN. That’s your number 1 priority when you walk into a tattoo shop and you don’t need to worry about that here. I’ve gotten all my tattoos from Shawn. He’s awesome. Give him your ideas and he’ll turn it into a work of art. Love this place.

I rarely have a problem with businesses because most places respect their customers. Not here. I received a piercing here and a few months later it started to bother me. I called a day ahead to ask if I could come by to get it removed and asked if there will be a service fee. The person who I was speaking with let me know if I received the piercing there that it would be free. That was a lie. The woman who took them out was mad that I told her one of the employees said that to me. She charged me and was extremely rude. I called to speak with someone to find out who had told me I didn’t have to pay. Big mistake yet again. They give the phone to that lady, or lack of lady like qualities, who was giving me such attitude. Who yells at their customers? Shining star. The only start they’ll every receive from me. She was extremely rude. So was the man who does tattoos he really had to put his two cents in. This place charges too much. Is a total rip off. And most of all they are so terrible to their customers. Never come here. Many people have complained about the service and attitudes of these people.

Being a fresh faced 17 year old(at the time) walking into a tattoo parlor for the first time, I was impressed Even though rather it’s a rather small establishment, it clean and as far as I’m concerned that really is the most important part of a tattoo/piercing parlor. As well as experienced employees. All their employees are certified and trained with years of experience and being that the shop is owned and run by Tony Plante(who is a friend of my uncle) I trust that he only hires the best. They are very informative and answer every question no matter how stupid they may seem. There are no stupid questions when it comes to permanently changing your body. Their prices are reasonable and some of the best of scene and they are posted so there are no surprises.
