I actually like this Toys R Us. It is very huge and though previous reviews say it doesn’t have variety is crap. I always come here when my other local TRU don’t have what I need and I always find it here. I must say, while I think toys overall are ovepriced, I took off a star because the prices are a bit higher than other TRU stores, if the items are not on sale. I always find the store well organized and clean. Though I did once go into the clothes section and it was very cluttered(during holiday season). Other than that. It is a drive if youre not from that area but you will find what you need, well at least I do 95 percent of the time!

This store is very disorganized and it’s not as clean as other stores that I’ve been in. I also think that they are busy and don’t have that much staff.

This particular Toys R Us seems to be disorganized. Although it’s a large store, their selection is slim. I think the best way to navigate this store is to order online and ask for in store pick up because if you go into the store to actually«shop» for an item, there’s a great chance you won’t find it.

Tough to find someone able/willing to help. The selection in R-Zone(aka the video game section) has declined so much over the years, it isn’t even worth looking for games here. Pretty disappointing, considering how good the service USEDTO be.

Horrible Customer Service!!! 3CSR just hanging out at the customer service desk, and boy was I just in the wrong wanting to do a return. Sorry to interupt!!! I was offered merchandise credit excuse me that wasnt the way I paid for it. She told me to ship it back & get a full credit, then she walked away to continue her conversation. Yes, I returned the item — guess what no credit on the shipping. WHAT A WASTEOFTIME&MONEY. HORRIBLE!!!

I hate that this is one of the only Toys R Us’s in the area because A. It is soo far from home & B. It just isnt fun… I mean yeah its a huge store, but it doesnt seem to have anything Im ever looking for when I go there & its WAY over Priced… I love Toy store with my little guy, but dont enjoy going to this one & often am running around looking for someone that works there & they could care less that I need help & often look at me like that — Like Oh Please dont ask me for help! Will drive to Dedham from now on they are a MUCH better store!

Right now this toysrus has the best and most helpful staff ever in any brick and mortar store. There are always great deals to be had and a lot of hidden treasures/markdowns not seen in circulars. They almost always have the hard to find items before any other store has even heard of them! I find the store to be spotless and every employee is overly helpful… keep up the great work… I will be back…

This place is just horrible. It’s filthy, the set-up sucks, many of the people who work there are rude, and it’s so disorganized. I’ve been there twice, and the first time was during the holiday rush so I figured they had a reason for all the grime and everything. But I was wrong. Yesterday I went there to look for something in the Babies R Us section of the store, and it was just as dirty and unpleasant. Even their book section is a disaster — virtually every book they carry is dog-eared and ragged. Don’t.

Okay, so isn’t Jeffrey the Giraffe supposed to be this awesome character and their stores just as awesome? Or is that just a childhood fantasy that when you hit a certain age you realize you don’t want to be a «Toys R Us Kid»? Moving on with this review. The outside of this place which sits next to a Shaw’s and a now *closed* office supply store(large chain yet the name seems to slip me at this point) is nice, clean and inviting. But once you step through those magical doors you are in a clusterfck of sorts and forced to fend for yourself. One of the first things you see is a podium display to sign your child up for their birthday club, which I had done several times and yet to get anything in any form telling me that they got the damn request. From there they have huge areas of toys, but yet there’s never anything really there just a lot of large boxed items that seem to sit there for quite a while. The back of the store has more infant/toddler items then anything else and all or most of it completely overpriced. The redeeming factor is maybe the huge video game area they have stocked full of several different items for all different kinds of gaming needs. So the«Meh. I’ve experienced better» definitely sums up this review and this place. I DONOT want to be a Toys R Kid.

The stuff of my nightmares lives here. They do have some«educational» toys, and you can find tinker toys and lincoln logs — they also have some baby furniture and little kid clothes too. I don’t know why though. There just seems like a huge variety of stuff with very little selection in each category. They have vid games.. . but once again, better off going to Game Stop or something for actual selection. However, if you are looking for aisles and aisles and aisles of plastic CRAAAAAAAAAAAAAP brand name merchandise, like Home Depot tool sets, and Subway play food.. .have at it. And little plastic whore dolls and freaky disembodied make up heads.. . AAUUUUUUGH! AUUUUUUUUUGH! *sits bolt upright in bed, sweating bullets.. *
