No help whatsoever unless you spend extra money for geek squad protection. I will take my business elsewhere.

The actual appliances are Great(at least the LG). The challenge is the customer service — extremely poor. I am conflicted because the product is very good, but heaven help you if you need customer service.

I just got a great deal at Best Buy. I only gave it 2 stars because the customer service SUCKED. If you are looking for a product yes go there if you are looking for nice friendly help and interaction you will be very disappointed.

Came in on a pretty slow Friday at about 1030 in the morning. Trying to get information on a remote starter for a car. I had to go seek out someone to assist me with getting information. Employees seem to be trying to multitask taking calls, telling a customer that was in line to come over so she could check them out while I’m speaking with her. She told me I could go back and look where the car starters were are I told her I had already been there and there was only one unit available. I asked if I could speak to somebody who knew about installations. She called somebody and evidently they were too busy and told her there was an app she could use to advise me. Nice lady but pretty sure she’s never installed any remote starters on cars. Extremely poor customer service.

This is an update to my last review. Geek squad refusing to honor cell phone warranty I pay 9.99 a month for. Geek Squad Manager at the Best Buy in Peachtree City told me this. It does not matter if our employees lie to you. Only the contract listed online is what you recieve. After further investigation I found that Best Buy was losing money big time on their cell phone warranties. So they changed it, retroactively. These lowlife are almost as rotten as Comcast. Stay away!

Talked to a very knowledgable associate, «Pappa Smurf» over the weekend about a $ 3k refrigerator. Called this evening to ask a question before purchasing it and gave up after more than 10 minutes on hold. I was so frustrated, I emailed the two Peachtree City store managers listed on the Best Buy contact page on their website and both messages came back as undeliverable. Wow — that great sales associate’s efforts were totally negated by a very lousy experience with the store. @bestbuy#FAIL

Considering we are in Peachtree City — this is truly our«go-to» place for electronics. While I agree with the other reviewer about better prices online(Amazon/Ebay), if you need something now, Best Buy is the place to go in Peachtree City. The movie selection — both Blu-Ray and regular is quite impressive. Now that Blockbuster has closed, I find that I just buy movies I would have formally rented. The«video games» section is also very strong. My kids buy XBox and Wii games and always find what they want. This store has Magnolia, which is their upscale models of TV and audio equipment. I find the service staff in the Magnolia section to be top notch and providing real value to my shopping experience. I recently bought a new refrigerator here — got the exact high end model I wanted at a great price! Cons — cell phone department seems to be all about making a commission switching you over to a new plan or doing whatever they can to profit off of you. I’ve been bothered by them all over the store.

Almost never has the right product in stock. Cell phone department has a constant line and is rarely helpful. Store has bad hours as well. If you want consumer electronics, walmart is right around the corner and if you want media, amazon and ebay are great alternatives. Watch out for store clerks trying to cell warranties you don’t need or want. Also, avoid any free magazine offers. I’m not surprised they are closing so many locations.
