Our room was average to decent size with typical hotel accommodations. The bed was unbelievably uncomfortable. The king size fitted sheets and the mattress cover kept popping off the mattress throughout the night. Like it was too big and ill fitting. The top sheet was not king-size, maybe it was a queen so my husband and I were fighting for it the whole night. The pillows are so soft they offer no support even after stacking them up. And our room was the very first room next to the lobby and right across from the laundry room. Needless to say we could constantly hear a door slamming closed and voices in the lobby. Especially in the morning. Other than that the hotel is clean. The lobby is nice with coffee and drinks available and guest access to a computer and a printer. The staff is friendly. Breakfast was really good with a lot of variety.

Excellent hotel. The bathrooms are very big in the rooms. The room was clean, although I did find I beer top on the floor. The man at the front desk had an attitude, but the staff are very well trained. During our stay, the hotel was undergoing renovation. Overall, it’s a great hotel. I would definitely recommend it.

I recently stayed here while in town on business. It is typical(if a bit smaller) of the brand. My room was nice sized and clean. The King bed was comfortable and had a nice selection of pillows. The bathroom was well set-up and had plenty of towels. The staff was uniformly friendly and helpful. Although, I have to say that it annoys me when I’m checking in and a staff member stops what she’s doing to answer the phone. Unfortunately, this is all to common… I ran into the housekeepers on several occasions and they were extremely helpful. Breakfast was better than average. The only negative was that the internet service was hideously slow. I eventually gave up and used my MyFi hotspot…

Having read Melonie’s review of this Hampton, I knew what to expect. That said, the place was IMPOSSIBLE to find. Yes, it was after dark and pouring down with rain when I arrived, but my GPS was pointing me to the middle of a corporate office park. After calling for directions and being hand-held to the place, I arrived. I’ve since learned that it’s not the Hampton’s fault — Peachtree City has some insane zoning laws regarding signage. The clerk who checked me in(and gave me directions) was very friendly and efficient. Beyond that, it’s exactly what I have come to expect from Hampton Inns — a good sized room with TV, microwave, mini-fridge plus a very comfortable bed and very well stocked bathroom. Breakfast is served from 6 to 10 and it’s on the same rotating schedule as every other Hampton I have visited from Detroit MI to Memphis TN to Rogers AR and beyond. Today’s «special» was scrambled eggs with cheese and ham. Yummy. All the other side items — yogurt, fruit, a juice machine as well as bagels and breads — were present and accounted for. It’s located right next to the Josh Cowan Parkway, if that helps you any. It’s a nice hotel and if I’m in the area again, I would stay here agin.

The rooms here are very nice but the service I experienced for my wedding was less than stellar. My husband and I were searching for a hotel in the PTC area and were greeted by a very helpful and happy woman who took us on a tour of the facilities. The rooms were very nice for the price, all with new bathrooms and beds. The problems began on my second visit, with my mother, to reserve the rooms and pay for the ones we were to be responsible for. We took a second tour, filled out all the paperwork and left feeling satisfied. Two weeks before the wedding I called and confirmed all the reservations and the card info– no problem! One week before the wedding I called to confirm again… umm, excuse me, you have lost all my credit card info? Great. I drove back to the hotel to give them the credit card agian and to ensure both my room and my guests rooms were in order. Day before the wedding, aka, wedding-rehearsal-I-want-to-pull-out-my-hair day. I arrive to check in… what, you have lost my credit card info again!?! This time you have also lost my reservations and those of my photographer?!? My mother then faxed her credit card info for the 3rd time, had my aunt and uncle drive her drivers license up to the hotel and we hoped everything was squared away. Nope. They charged her card and my card for the rooms… they made me give mine in case hers didn’t arrive. If you are going there for a night, great, very nice rooms and staff. If you are having an event stay away.
