Ugh where do I began!!! The food is horrible! Im puerto rican and know good spanish food from just the look. The rice is even terrible and you can not go wrong there. Welp they did. I had a chicken empanada and it was dry and tough chicken. It was like old chicken was used to stuff the empanada. I was very disgusted that it was even called an empanada. The shrimp n rice was terrible. The shrimp needed to be cooked more. I had to season the rice more and still couldn’t get it right. I would not recommend this place. I would recommend my kitchen to anyone wanting spanish food. Will never go back and that was my second time thinking they would get it right.

This place should be burned down. The customer service was the worst I’ve ever encountered from the manger to the waiter. They have table clothes on the table and my one year old threw up on the table and didn’t offer to change the cloth or move us. We had to sit and eat in the middle of vomit. Wasn’t even offered napkins I had to take napkins from empty tables to clean up. Mind you the manager stood and watched everything. The food was cold and gives Spanish food a bad name. We will never return. Douch bags

The place is small and quaint. The server was very nice and attentive. The food is not good though. The beef empanadas were OK. The chicken even worse. The chicken Milanese was raw. The beans tasted as if they had opened up a can, dumped it in the bowl, and heat it in the microwave. I paid a lot of money for something I could’ve made at home much better. This was my second time testing the place. The first time it was awful as well and this time I gave it a second chance hoping that since the place has been opened for a while it would’ve improved. I was wrong.

This is GREAT Cuban food. I used to travel to Miami all the time and loved the Cuban food down there. The Havana Cuban Grill brings it all here!

Was looking forward to a different kind of meal. Cuban Sandwich was dry in texture. Appetizers starchy and a little bland. Rice and beans were excellent though. Little inconsistent. May give another try.

Went for lunch. Ordered the Cuban sandwich with rice and beans. Sandwich was very salty(as was the rice) but otherwise very bland. Didn’t care for the food. Ordered flan but I’m not convinced it wasn’t just butterscotch pudding. Service was slow. Don’t plan on going back.

Yucca Fries were fresh and great. Paella wasn’t that good, seafood not fresh. No Cuban coffee! They are NEW so I will wait to give them another chance.

We just had a late lunch here, there were 3 tables that were left unclean the entire time we were there. The manager and servers are slow and rude. The food is ok. The entrée is small with large portions of the cheap stuff like white rice and black beans. We really had high expectations and the place has gotten worse. I don’t foresee them staying in business long. We’re Done!

Really enjoyed my first visit here and look forward to returning. The Fat Tire draft was cold and the empanadas carne were very tasty. The main corse of paella for two was fantastic and filling. Great service by Brandon our waiter. We will be back soon and recommend this restaurant to others.

Anyone that knows me, knows I’m a stickler for customer service. I work in the service industry so its a big part I focus on, especially in a restaurant setting. That leads me to my first, and ONLY experience at Havana Cuban Grill. I went with my mother, and 4 other ladies for our monthly ladies night out. We’d heard how great the food is so we decided to give it a try. Seeing how I am from Miami, my pallette for Cuban food is biased. This place EXCEEDED my expectations. The food, not only in HUGE amounts was delicious and the price point was perfect. The service on the other hand… not so much. Our waiter was rude from the beginning. Complained, sucked his teeth every time we asked for anything. He brought us the bills before asking anyone if they wanted dessert, so when my mother wanted Flan, he was like«omg now I have to cancel this and create another bill» snatched my moms bill from her and started to walk off. He came back and practically threw the to go box of dessert at her, and said its on the house cause I don’t want to have to adjust your bill. I’d had it. I let him know how rude he was being and his response was they were closing and he was hurrying to get us out the door. They didn’t close for another hour… How hard is it to be pleasant?

We’ve been here multiple times and have always had an amazing meal. Service is good, prices fair and the food is tasty. We’ve had the vaca frita, masitas de puerco, ropa vieja, fricase pollo, paella, etc… And everything has been top notch. This place is now one of my favorites!

A tale of two meals. My family and I went there for lunch in a Saturday and had some delicious Paella and waited on by someone who seemed like he was the owner or related to the ownership. Very friendly, great service and delicious food. Plenty was served and we wound up eating the leftovers for dinner that night. I went there again today(Monday) for lunch and found the wait staff to be less than helpful or knowledgeable. Service was sketchy. My mom ordered a dish and was served something else. When we brought it to the servers attention he wasn’t helpful. We tried to order Cuban Coffee which was on the menu, but we’re told that they don’t actually make it. Very odd. Hoping our future visits are better. The food is good enough to come back for a third try.

First visit to this new restaurant was not a good experience. Service was abysmal — granted it was lunch hour(arrived 12:45) but almost 30 min to get a Cuban and some black beans? Food was mediocre at best. Sandwich was one thin slice each of ham and pork — mostly tasteless, save the pickle — whole thing including bread was less than 1″ thick. Plantains were either overcooked or had been sitting around for a while — very dry. Rice and beans were sadly the best part of the meal. Probably won’t be going back and certainly wouldn’t take a client there.

Our first time here and it was excellent. I’ve had this cuisine and found it to be authentic and all I had hoped it to be. It was my wife’s first time to have Cuban food and has been raving about it all evening. Wonderfully delicious. There was a large group ahead of us that presented a challenge to the staff, but they handled that group along with all the other patrons admirably. We will be back regularly. We have a great addition to PTC’S dining opportunities.

I read some negative reviews about this place… I think some people are just CLUELESS. THISPLACEISOUTSTANDING … I live in Miami, and commute back and forth to PTC every few weeks. This place is as good as some of the best MIAMI restaurants. Hands down! I wish them the best of luck. Great food! Just bring the mojitos and the package is complete. Muchas felicidades y buena suerte!!!

So I was really hoping that this place will become the next awesome restaurant in peachtree city. I was super excited to go try it out. First impression: nice. The place looks great. Has a good vibe and great music to enhance that vibe some more. The food: This is where all my hopes were crushed. The food had NO soul. The presentation sucked. The taste in a few items was good but overall it felt to me like in the kitchen was some guy throwing this stuff on the plate while uploading his Facebook status.(This is probably what it read: working in a kitchen sucks, can’t wait to get a better job and blow this joint). This place really does have so much potential but what they don’t realize is that being they are fairly new, it’s critical to put your best foot forward. I’m afraid this is not going well. Where is your soul chef??? I so wish this food had come in and really said to me «I’m art, I’m devine, look at me!» Instead it was like a blind date that didn’t go so well. Soggy over salted fish with some pre-made mango salsa. That whole combination with the soggy crab meat just was absolutely gross. The rice was dry. The Cubano sandwich was not toasted properly. The platano cakes tasted like raw potatoes. No flavor. Two things that we did like were the chicken empanadas and the ham croquettes. Please inject some heart into the food! I begging you! Why go out of business so fast? Who did you hire, your enemy?

We have been here several times. Family friendly, kid friendly options. Honestly, everything on their menu looks good. The meals we’ve had thus far are FANTASTIC! Good service and a very attentive staff. Our favorites to date include: Beef and Chicken Empanadas, Fried Plantains, Ropa Vieja, The Cuban, Chicken Hemingway, «Cuban Ground Beef»

Can’t tell you how excited I was that Peachtree City got a Cuban restaurant. Unfortunately, it was short-lived. This place gets 2 stars because the food was edible. But by Cuban Food standards it should be lower. Big disappointment. I really wanted this place to be good. It opened on Friday and they did not put their best foot forward on food or service. I felt bad for our waitress but she had no clue as to what she was doing. I ordered the Ropa Vieja and could not finish the meat. It just tasted like shredded beef. No extra flavor. I doused it in hot sauce to try to make it more appealing but gave up. It came with plantains that«looked» like good plantains but they were slightly firm. They should be soft. The black beans tasted like they went to kroger, bought a can of black beans, put them in the pot, then served them to me. My friend got the Cubana sandwich. It was dry. She tried to douse it in mustard but still really dry. Meat was dry, restaurant, dry. You had one shot Havana… you let me down. Won’t be going back. :/
