We stopped in for a later dinner after deciding to not pay a cover at a neighboring restaurant. Service was friendly and timely. Frozen Margaritas were about as good as you can get because they freeze the mix in mixer rather than blending with ice, so it maintains its flavor and stays frozen longer. They add your selection of tequila or other flavors when they serve it. The Mojitos could stand more lime and more mint, The Ceviche is probably the best in PTC… more than El Ranchero at Crosstown, and different than El Ranchero at west park that cooks the seafood then adds the lime juice rather than ‘cooking’ it in the lime juice as the raw seafood cures in the seasonigs and juices. Taco Loco Chicken salad was great with nicely seasoned shredded chicken, cojito cheese and a crispy just made giant taco shell. Los Mariachis Burrito with the shredded beef was really good. The lime seasoned fried calamari was fresh and cooked just right. They offer two salsas with their complimentary chips. one roasted, one traditional, both good. Live Music, no cover on Fridays. Look forward to going back and trying other things on their menu that I anticipate being just as good.

service is very good. food is ok. The bar has a lot of Mexican drinks so I think it might be more fun on that end. We just stopped in for lunch and got the Nachos and shrimp tacos. Average really is the best way to describe the food. Free chips and salsa and both are tasty.

We got to-go here because one of our friends said that their food was pretty good. Saw the Unilocal reviews and normally, I wouldn’t try out a place with a so so rating esp when there’s 100+ other Mexican restaurants in this city but I decided to try them anyways because of what my friend said. Welp, my friend was wrong! But I won’t tell her that and she won’t know because she’s not on Unilocal.Lol. First of, the guy that took my order over the phone seemed a little rude. He answered the phone and asked me what I wanted as in «what do you want?» Told him it was my first time ordering from there(he didn’t care). I got an order of tamales and nachos. I had my husband pick it up. When I saw the food. The tamales looked good. The masa was good but the sauce on top was lacking flavor. The beef nachos were nothing spectacular. It was just chips, cheese and flavorless ground beef. They gave you some chips and a tiny container of salsa. I was disappointed that the nachos didn’t come with a side of beans, lettuce or even salsa. nothing! Overall, I probably won’t eat here again. Like I mentioned, Peachtree City, Newnan area have tons of Mexican restaurants so, I’ll probably hit up another new(er) Mexican restaurant or some of our old favorites before we go back to this place.

As far as Mexican food this is probably the best in PTC(la Hacienda in Newnan is the best) Service was good & attentive. Tamales & true steak taco were average to good. It will still be our go to Mexican in PTC

What a pleasant surprise! For us, most americanized mexican restaurants are a dime a dozen and if you’ve seen one, you’ve seen them all. We entered this place, with a pretty low bar. Same burritos, same ol’ fare… but NO! THIS was totally different! Finally! The tamales were different in the way they are presented, but they are filling and delicious! We will definitely go back and make this our preference when we choose mexican food.

Great foid. Fantastic Service. We were there with our dogs. We did ask before bringing our dogs on to the patio. Our dogs were welcomed and were even served water with ice. The server learned our dogs name and checked on them as well as us several times. Before we left, we were asked to please come back with our dog’s.

Just left Los Mariachi’s in Peachtree City and can’t say enough about how good the food was. Only 4 out of 5 stars because it’s my first time here. I may reconsider… I ordered the Fajita Texas Salad because I’m a Texas Fajita junkie but wanted something«lighter» for an early lunch. Created by my new favorite cook, Freddy, this is now my new favorite Mexican dish. Every time my fork dug into the generous amounts of sweet pepper, onion, and crispy lettuce, it came back up with huge hunks of shrimp, steak, and chicken. All of this delicious goodness was tucked deceptively inside a normal-looking tortilla bowl. While the whole thing at once was definitely not the«light lunch» I was looking for, the leftovers(over half) are going to be hella good at work tomorrow. Our server, Abby, was sweet and attentive. The rest of the staff were, too. I don’t know why people aren’t talking about Los Mariachi’s more. Hopefully, these positive Unilocal reviews will increase the word of mouth. I loved it!

Not sure why anyone would call this place authentic… Authentic what? Soggy, strange non Mexican, along with overly sweetened massive drinks. Not ever going here again.

Always have a great experience here… Tonight, I had the«tacos de asada» and hubby had the fajitas nachos. Both entrees were excellent and came out quickly and as ordered. Our waitress(Abby) was quite helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back.

I thoroughly enjoyed myself here because they let us sit outside with our two small dogs and not many places in Georgia are dog friendly so that was a big plus. My favorite thing here is the salsas. They have one that is made with fresh tomatoes and one from a llll grilled veggies and peppers. I could bathe in the grilled one. It was that good. My tacos had three times as much meat as other popular Mexican places that I have visited. My husband had fajitas and while he liked them, I do think La Parilla probably does a little bit better with their rendition. But the tacos were better here. I look forward to returning and trying other dishes as well. They also pour a nice size glass of wine and the servers were nice and attentive.

First, let me say that a group of us has eaten here several times since they opened and the food and service has always been very good. HOWEVER… We went for dinner on Cinco de Mayo and had a very different experience. It was packed, but they did a good job seating us and serving us in spite of the crush. The food was good, as always. The problem was with a decision the management made regarding drinks. Upon asking for a Magarita we were informed that the regular margaritas weren’t available on Cinco de Mayo. They had been replaced with 32 ounce margaritas(with tons of ice, served in a paper cup). The surprise came when we got the check. The margarita was $ 18.00!!! And this is while they were advertising $ 5 pitchers! You don’t do that without telling people up front that it’s $ 18.00! That’s outrageous! We asked the server to have the manager remove or reduce the drink charge, but no dice. This is not the kind of move that a relatively new business needs to pull. I’m sure that we weren’t to only party to be blindsided by this move. Needless to say, our group will not be going back.

This will be the 3rd time I’ve given this place a shot and the last time. All three times I’ve gone I had to yell at the person with me because they insist on having live music all the time, and have it so loud you have to ask your waitress a nber of times what she said. Aside from that, this last and final time here, we ordered margaritas. It was almost all sour mix. Barely any alcohol. We waited an hour and a half for our food to which when we tried to cancel the order, they brought out half the order. When they told us they would take the food off the bill, we grabbed our check. They charged us 17.00 for cups of sour mix. So when we got our check, arguably, I was furious. I asked for the manager who came over and took 7.00 off of each margarita. So we still paid 10.00 for sour mix. The time before this last one, our waitress barely spoke any english, so on top of the loud as hell music in our ear, we had to overcome a language barrier. We ordered beer, in a bottle, which didn’t come until we grabbed the manager and told him we’d been waiting for 20 minutes on a couple of bottled beers. The rest of our experience was spent yelling at our waitress repeatedly while we attempted to overcome the music and the language barrier. There are plenty of other, better mexican restaurants in peachtree city. Avoid this one.

I recommend the Monterey salad and their margaritas. Place is cute but they need to change their floors or clean them better. The party of six girls I was with and myself were having a had time not slipping on the floors.

No idea why this place has bad reviews unless they don’t like real Mexican food. We have been 2 times so far and the quality is exactly the same. We will be back for sure.

Look closely at your receipt! Their«suggested» 15, 20 and 25% gratuities are actually 30, 40 and 50% of the check. They are counting on their customers not being good at math and trusting that they are being steered right. Smells rotten to me. Doesn’t matter if it is going to the servers or to the management, it is still money obtained from the customer dishonestly.
