As far as ice cream stores go, this is a pretty good one. Often crowded, which is typically a good sign. It can take a minute to get your order when it’s packed, but I kind of expected that. Service is not the best or the worst. Usually high schoolers or the older owners working. But I am just ordering ice cream and only have a bit of interaction time. I’ve never had an issue. The ice cream is delicious and there are an assortment of flavors and mix ins. I stick with the Swiss chocolate and cookie dough mix in. Yum. Definitely try Marble Slab — especially when you’re wanting something that tastes better than ‘froyo’.

I’ve been here twice. First time I asked the lady to make my milkshake thick, she said okay. I recorded it and it was extremely watery. Second time the lady had such a Terrible attitude, that I just walked out. The ice cream overall is overpriced and very artificial. I’d rather get my ice cream elsewhere. Somewhere where employees are actually nice.

Pretty good ice cream. After sampling like 15 flavors, I finally ordered the kid-sized chocolate caramel birthday cake swirl(delicious alone) with cookie dough, brownie, and banana toppings. Pretty awesome! I didn’t like how they were out of both frozen yogurt(MY preference) and sorbet(husband’s preference) so early in the afternoon. My friend ordered something with blueberry toppings but she said they were rancid(eek!). They made her a new concoction at her request and said that they’d throw the blueberries out(I hope they did). They seemed a little annoyed by her complaint but made a new one it anyway. My other friend inhaled her birthday cake concoction in minutes. She really enjoyed it. I would go back. Hopefully next time we can try the sorbet and frozen yogurt.

Ice cream — who does not like it, right?! This place is famous for adding the ‘mixin’s’ to your flavor on a cold slab(hence the name). Choose from all kinds of toppings.
