We ordered the stuffed mushroom, OMG I have never had a mushroom this good. Totallt awesome. We then ordered the house special pizza and it was awesome. Service was great and I would definitely visit this place again. Manager even came over to ensure all was perfect

Staying at the local hotel and came for a bite with my wife. Sat at the bar, bartender Tony was friendly and knowledgable and helped us to decide what to order. CAPRISALADWASDELISHANDPRESENTATIONWASNICE! We ordered the buffalo chicken pizza as per Tony’s suggestion to get the spicy ranch, WOW normally not a fan of specialty pizza but this was excellent!

If there was an option for zero stars this place would get it. Not on the food but like most chains in this town the service blows. But with bad service usually comes with apologetic servers. No such luck here my waitress was a rude bitch. This was my one try and last time at this establishment.

Staying at the Hilton Garden Inn a short walk away. Saw this restaurant here on Unilocal.I checked out the menu on line so I knew exactly what I wanted to order: The Mushroom Soup and Stuffed Portobello Mushroom. The soup had a wonderful flavor and was not heavy. The Portobello Mushroom was stuffed with Artichoke hearts, Sundried Tomatoes and Feta Cheese with a Balsamic Glaze. Both were exceptional. Megan was my server and she was perfect. Wish they had one of these restaurants in CA. Thanks for a great lunch.

Mellow Mushroom is good no matter what location you go to. This one did not fail. Good service, Good pizza. Always a tad pricey. Decent beer selection. We love hanging out and enjoying good pizza.

Food is as expected which is good. That is why they get 2 stars. Otherwise this place is pretty much a sht show. If I have one 1 or 2 people you may be ok. If you have a group for lunch I suggest you go elsewhere. The inability to execute is actually impressive

In Peachtree city to visit with family, I was pleasantly surprised to see a Mellow Mushroom here! I’ve been to the one on Mill Ave in Tempe, and was hoping this one was just as awesome, and it was!!! It was even more awesome!!! 10 of us came here for lunch today and everything was delicious! The service was awesome! I had hummus and Pita as well as a vegan pizza with spinach, jalapenos, black olives, and Sun dried tomatoes! So good! The service was quick and totally accommodating to the different needs of our group, ranging from a vegan to a toddler to a 92 year old! This place rules!

Took about 15 minutes to be seated on a Saturday night. The servers were busy, so we didn’t get our order taken for another 15 minutes or so. But the pizza was good, and the beer selection was wide enough for everyone to have something they enjoyed.

My friend and I had been craving pizza all week. So, on Sunday(1÷18÷15) we decided to step up from the usual chain pizzas and splurge on some«premium» pizza from Mellow Mushroom. I hadn’t been eaten at Mellow Mushroom since the Early 2000’s, but from what I could remember it was quite tasty. We get to the restaurant around 1:15 and the church crowd was coming and going so there was a good bit of people eating in. My friend and I were greeted by a blonde woman who seemed to be in a bad mood. The woman ask us if we were picking up, and we explained we just wanted to order some pizzas for takeout. I ordered a Large Philosopher which comes with kalamata olives, but instead of the olives i wanted to replace it with shrimp. The woman proceeds to scoff at me and my friend, rolls her eyes at us and say” you realize there is a charge to add shrimp. Because shrimp aren’t olives…”. I looked at her puzzled and a little annoyed because I couldn’t tell if she was being blatantly rude, or if she honestly thought that we were so ignorant to think that we could replace olives with seafood. I replied to her laughingly«Haha obviously not. we completely understand…» She proceeded to roll her eyes at us again looking back at her computer screen asking if we wanted anything else. Agitated by her obvious rude behavior i told her i was finished with my order but my friend wanted a personal pizza of his own. She then tell me that my single pizza comes out to $ 35! Now going into Mellow Mushroom I knew it was going to cost more than your average pizza but according to the website a Large Philosopher runs about $ 24.99. Being… I don’t know… normal? I figured shrimp would run me maybe an extra $ 2-$ 4MAX? I mean its shrimp but its not like they’re going to fit more than a few pieces on a 16″ pizza with 4 other toppings already on the pie. I asked the women how much the shrimp was additional and she told us $ 6! You can buy a pound of jumbo shrimp from Walmart for $ 8.50! I told her that was insanely high for shrimp and she just looked at us like we were imbeciles. Still calm, I asked her is it the policy was a veggie for a veggie. So if i didn’t want olives if i could get green peppers. She replied exasperatingly«yessssssss». Already quite angry with the attitude of this woman I told her that was fine and finally, thankfully, the transaction came to a close. She then tells me that my new total is $ 29. $ 29?! WTF The pizza is priced at 24.99 ! AREYOUTELLINGMEYOUARECHARGINGME15% TAX!? After doing the math and being tired of this woman’s attitude and rudeness i just handed her my card and paid for my pizza. I wasn’t going to talk to this woman any longer and split hairs over $ 2. My friend ordered his pizza and she then tell us its going to be a 35 min wait. Fine… whatever. we wait for our food in the parking lot after not being offered a table by the SUPERAWESOME lady. We go back after the allotted time, grab our pies, and leave. And you know what people? THEYSTILLPUTFREAKINGOLIVESONMYFREAKINGPIZZA!!! I rather eat chain pizza for the rest of my life than return to this establishment.

Terrible experience. And I agree with«most expensive pizza of all time» review. Our pizza came out way undercooked with gooey crust. They remade it, but we had to box it up and take it home since our kids were done eating by that time and anxious to go. Our side of steamed broccoli that we ordered to go with the kids’ pizza finally came out after we reminded the waitress about it twice, and by that time, kids were done. And the manager came by but never offered to take the uncooked pizza off our bill, even after waiting almost 15 minutes for the re-cook. Basically, we paid $ 48(before tip) for a medium pizza we had to take home, plus another medium with 5 drinks and a side of broccoli. NEVER, EVERAGAIN!

Yummy pizza. All different varieties. I had the magical mystery tour. Pesto and oil basted crust with mushrooms and jalapeños. It was really good. The small is more than enough for one person. Crowded on a Friday night but the take out is speedy.

I was super excited to try the gluten free pizza here since I use to love their regular pizza! Unfortunately it was tasteless and cardboard like. I’ve made much better and paid much less at home. I am really disappointed!

The pizza is pretty good but definitely overpriced. There are pizza places in the area that are better for a lower price… Such as Jet’s Pizza.

Really good pizza and they don’t skimp on the toppings. Their house pizza isn’t cheap but a lot of fresh toppings(did I mention that they don’t skimp on the toppings?) — you can definitely feed a family of four on it. Service can be slow at times(seems to be a 6 – 7 p.m. rush hour) but I’ve never had to wait to get a table. Remember to use your World Gym card for a 15% discount. Also, Monday nights are half-off for beer & wine. Really good deal. Yeah!

Been enjoying Mellow Mushroom Pizza for 25 years in Atlanta. Was glad to see there was one in PTC. They have a unique approach to pizza and toppings. Never disappoints. Typically order by the slice so each person can get whatever toppings they want… Slices are a quarter of a pizza so plenty for one. The pizzas are prepared fresh so can take a while to get your order… time to enjoy the fun people you came with while you wait. Offers Gluten Free Pizza so that is a big plus for those in your party that need to avoid Gluten. Salad Pizza really is that. so unless you like a lot of lettuce on your hot pie, don’t get it.
