I went to Minuteman Press in Peachtree City to have some business cards made. When I said I wanted to have some printing done a certain way, the owner, Rick, became loud and got very upset. I locked eyes with another customer already in the store and I could tell by his face that he was also shocked at the way I was being talked to. Unfortunately, I was running up against a tight deadline and needed the cards the next day or I would have left the store immediately. One of the young ladies working in the shop assisted me with the card design after the owner went back to his desk. She was nice and seemed embarrassed. She bent over backwards to make up for her boss’s outburst. I picked up the business cards the next day and(to be fair) they were done exactly the way I wanted. It was a good print job. But the way I was treated left such a bad taste in my mouth that I now drive to the Minuteman Press in Fayetteville for my printing needs. It’s a little bit longer drive, but their quality is just as good and they are friendly folks.

I was referred here by a local Office Depot which was unable to print my wide-format job. The person in charge at Minuteman didn’t want to change the media in his plotter to plot my job. That’s all he said at first. No apologies or reason other than he didn’t want to. The reaction from his fellow employees as I started to leave prompted him to then offer it in the late afternoon. It was 9:30AM and I needed it sooner, so I declined. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but the fellow in charge was downright rude and unwilling to help a prospective new customer in need.
