Great lunch stop. The wife and I just came here to eat drink and reconnect. Sushi was phenomenal. Alcohol was great and atmosphere did not disappoint. Will be back.

There are two places in Peachtree City to get ‘all things Japanese” from hibachi to sushi. This place is a little smaller and more intimate than Kobe down by McDuff. I was eager to try the sushi since we typically go to stix sushi but my daughter wanted to get their fried rice with yum yum sauce. My husband likes sushi and I like sashimi(not rice /carb fan). It was a Monday night so not that busy, but still waited at the front for about 5 minutes before the hostess came up… I wasn’t as bothered by it than the two other groups, one waiting to be seated and one to put a go order in… because they in turn had to wait on her to get my food, take a phone order, then get around to them. So here is the low down on the food: The Miso soup was a little bland and watery. The Sashimi had plenty of it, but it was cut in big thick slices, two per type. And because I requested no eel or octopus, I got the good stuff… tuna, white tuna, salmon, yellow tail– two each. Fresh enough it was just weird having such huge pieces. A whole big box. The Sushi on the other hand was 5 pieces in a small box and two pieces the fish was unidentifiable, had skin still on the fish, and smelled(!). Tried to eat one piece and had to spit it out and cook it and the other one for our cats. The tuna roll was not fully rolled in that the seem was split like a tuna pacman. Good none the less, and did stay together but odd that the sushi chef thought he could get away with a half open sushi roll. The dynamite roll was pretty good, but not like any other dynamite roll I had had elsewhere. The Veggie Fried Rice was topped with many fresh pieces of stir fried vegetables. Although I don’t eat rice often, I always take a taste to compare. I have a high standard on white rice from Asian restaurants. Their plain white rice is moist with a slight nutty flavor… they didn’t scrimp when the chose the type of rice and their method of preparation.

I was on a trip to ATL, looking for a great sushi place and I found it in Mr. Fuji. I ended coming here 4 times for lunch/dinner. The sushi is simply really good. The meat quality is great. I ended always ordering either the Fantastic roll or the Sushi & Sashimi lunch(both heavy on the sashimi side. I highly recommend both. The service was great, as well. The chef and servers and very friendly and seem to know a good amount of people when they walk in the door.

Their sushi has consistently been way above par for years now. Their hibachi dinners have always been enjoyable. The only thing that has ever been even the slightest deterrent is the fact that they only serve beer and wine.
