My family will was assigned to Lindsey Law Firm and in spite of the fact I was named a beneficiary in a very clear and simple will Lindsey Law refused to return my calls or respond to inquiries. Lindsey allowed the trustee to decide what they wanted to keep of the family estate irrespective of what the will said. Lindsey didn’t communicate at all on what was happening with the disposition of assets. I had to make multiple requests to their paralegal for a copy of the will. I finally had to hire another attorney to help me get information from Lindsey. If you’re hoping for an attorney that follows the process outlined on the Georgia Probate site — find another attorney. If you want to be sure your family heirlooms are passed fairly and equitably to the appropriate family member, and if you’re named in the will and want to know what is happening with the estate do NOT use Lindsey Law Firm.
