I’m a new patient here. Everyone in this office was very polite. I saw Dr. Rebecca Banks. She took her time with me, asked questions and made me feel like she truly cared! I’m very happy I found this place.

I saw two doctors and one nurse at this practice. I received excellent care and attention from everyone, and am overall very satisfied with my care from the medical staff.
HOWEVER, I had billing issues that extended over a year. The billing office manager was rude and seemed unknowledgable about insurance requirements. I repeatedly asked her to resubmit a claim for me, and she refused. I had to eventually have my insurance provider send a cease and desist letter. It was just a real headache… one I didn’t need while pregnant and caring for a newborn.
