Customer service-wise, they are doing their best. But be warned — they don’t stock a lot of Apple parts here, so if you will need to have something replaced, you’re likely better off going up to the Lenox Apple store, or calling Apple support.
I had a pretty basic battery issue and they told me because they don’t stock batteries, all they could do was replace the phone (*IF* they had the phone in stock… so many ifs). Otherwise, I’d need to get the phone fixed at the real Apple store.
TL;DR — don’t come here for repairs unless it’s something software related. Hardware is hard to come by, here.

They never answer their phone. You can’t leave a message because the voicemail
Is always full they are overpriced and when going for a consultation they are really general and give you no information about what could be wrong they just tell you how much they charge an hour and if you have any other questions call the apple hotline.

After 2 trips to Lenox plus numerous calls to Apple due to issues with the new Yosemite IOS, I was very frustrated that things weren’t working… unable to print. unable to add a printer…
So decided to try Peach Mac… walked in about 7:30 and was fixed and out the door in 15 minutes… Yes, Justin your are the MAN!!! Thanks for your expertise…

I drove all the way from Decatur today after reading the reviews vs Apple Store. My iPhone got stuck in recovery mode after updating to the new iOS. They were able to fix the issue and made sure that it was working before I made the drive back home. Everyone was extremely helpful. They kept updating me throughout the process as far as what they were doing and how much longer it would be. They also put on Cars for my 3 year old boy and gave him a little bag of M&Ms. Service was excellent. Staff is super friendly. I will definitely make the drive back to this store.

Previously, had used AIS Computers before they closed their doors. Rather than driving MILES, started using Peach Mac. Have purchased multiple laptops for grandkids to use in college; upgrades to my wife’ and my desktop. Based on my experience since Peach Mac has been open, I would not go anywhere else.
They are helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and VERY EFFICIENT. These folks are TOPS in the South Atlanta market!

I highly recommend this business. We enjoyed a high level of courteous and efficient service when we purchased a gift card for our daughter and son in law. They had a great experience purchasing and ipad. Their service is top notch. Kudos to manager Nick and his team members Gary, Will & Amanda for providing such a great shopping experience.

PeachMac is an oustanding substitute for the Apple Store. If you live in/near Peachtree City and want to avoid the long drive to Lenox Mall — PeachMac is your new best friend!
I’ve bought an iMac, Macbook Pro, and a few iPad/iTouch devices there in the last 18 mos. The service from the relatively young staff is excellent and the prices are on par with what you would pay at any other Apple Store or reseller.
All in all — the best bet for any iPad/iPhone/MacBook lover our there!
PS — they also have a repair and training department. I haven’t used either, but good to know they are available!

If you have an Apple emergency and need a power charger or battery, chances are that PeachMac has your part. They carry parts for iBooks, PowerBooks, MacBooks, and MacBookPros. They have neoprene and hard cases for computers, actual computers, accessories, and they do repair products. Perfect for those times when you realize that places like Walmart and Best Buy don’t carry your Mac batteries but yet you can’t wait an hour to drive to Lenox and days to get that appointment…
