Just left the home and garden area. We had one of BEST customer service reps. She was well educated on lawns and what to put on it. She gave us some good recommendations on what to use on our lawn. As well as what plants to plant this time of year.

I go here often since we moved to PTC, only because it’s the only option close. One comment says it all… I thought I was in a Lowes. HORRIBLE customer service, that is, IF you can even find someone! The worst H.D. I’ve ever been in. To be fair, most home depots are NOT like this one. I can’t believe the franchise lets this one operate the way it does. Very unorganized, employees turn in the opposite direction if you look like you need help, dried up plants and sod, no one to ever help load pine straw or heavy items, a girl drives around on the forklift continuously beeping that horn at other employees, I mean talk about stress! Newnan is quit better if you need assistance, avoid this one.

I go here often, because I live right down the street. If I had the option, I would go to another, but I like keeping my expenses low. I just expect out be dissapointed when I go in.
I was looking for a refractory cement, I asked 5 associates and not a one could help me. I usually take a good look around the store because I know that most of the workers can or won’t help me.
Also, they don’t carry Schedule 80 pipe, Which is odd for a home improvementI’m store.
Im sure if you were looking for Artificial Christmas trees 3 days after Halloween, this would be the place to go.
