I went here for the first time on Friday and that will be my last time. I just got the new iphone 6s a week ago and the speaker is all fuzzy. I went here because the next Genius Bar appt was next week. I thought I’d give this place a shot. First, I have no idea how this store works as it pertains to talking to a technician. There’s no one to greet you or clear indication of directions. So, I stand by the front desk with no one there. After waiting about thirty minutes, workers were going in and out of the back door helping their existing customers. So I wait some more. Soon enough, other customers walk in and browse around at the imac. Another customer walked in and walked towards the AT&T section. The worker who was just freed up went and helped those other folks browsing rather than help me who’s been standing by the desk. Finally one of the customers had the courtesy to say that I’ve been waiting before them. I definitely let the worker know my frustration with their customer service, then my phone. The worker said it was a software issue and to reset my entire phone. So, I did and nothing happened. Same ol’ issues are still there. The worker didn’t even take the time to understand my issue or apologize. I’m never coming back. I got no help whatsoever. and half of their stuff i.e. phone cases have no prices.

Simply Amazing. I received a new iPhone due to the camera fix on the 6 Plus. I travel abroad frequently and the roaming stopped working when in Europe and Africa effectively leaving me stranded for business and keeping in touch. 5 calls to Apple and 6 calls to Sprint, many hours invested and they could not figure out how a brand new unlocked Sprint iPhone with an international plan could not work. I related my case to Jeff and within 5 minutes said he a hunch what it was. Within 30 mins he had diagnosed the exact issue, given me an internal Apple screenshot to take to the Apple store to get it fixed(only Apple could make the fix). I went directly to the Apple store and it was resolved. The cost of this service from Simply Mac? Nothing. What a great place and great people.

They were absolutely fantastic with my ancient MacBook. So nice every time I went in and they got to me immediately– no waiting or booking days ahead like at the Apple Store. So close to where I live, which is also nice.

The people here are very friendly. My phone erased everything and this guy spent an hour working on it for me. Thank you very much.

Awful buying experience. Tried to purchase iPad mini for my son for Christmas during black friday week. Item was not in stock but was assured it would be in any day. I called every other day and was told each time«any day now» and promised it to be here before Christmas. Two days before Christmas, over a month since I paid, it had still not arrived so I got my money back and went to the Apple Store and purchased the item which was in stock and at the same price. I sent a letter of complaint to the corporate office and they didn’t have the decency to even respond. I used to love this store but this experience has turned me against them. With customer service like this on both the store level and corporate level I will never go back.

A laid back experience vs the Apple Store. No genus bar but knowledgable geeks that can help you with a purchase without the crowded hassles of the company stores.

Rank Amateurs! Went in to buy a Macbook Pro for x-mas, thinking i would avoid the crowds at the Apple Store. Well, of course they were out of stock. After telling me they could get from another store in 2 days, I went ahead and ordered. No calls and 7 days later when I went to pick up, the manager said sorry they didn’t have and probably wouldn’t get in time for x-mas. Pitiful excuse for customer service… didn’t even apologize !! Save time and deal with the professionals at Apple… these guys are bush league.

Going to an Apple company store can be exciting in a nightclub kind of way, but mostly it’s just crowded, loud and time consuming. Instead of doing that to yourself why not come here to PeachMac? The shopping experience is much more polite and personalized. I didn’t feel like I needed a valium after shopping here. I received VIP level prompt service from the assistant manager, Ben. I had called ahead and discussed my business needs and he had everything set up and ready to be picked up when I showed up the next morning. I also liked the fact that this store catered to the needs of the Georgia market– having a sale to match the price of some of their products to fall within the requirements of the two day, state tax holiday. What’s better than getting what you need and not having to pay sales tax on it? So awesome! The store was clean and modern with all the latest Apple computers and accessories. Lots of friendly staff to discuss technical issues without having to wait your turn, looking at a TV screen with crossed fingers like you’re playing bingo or keno at a casino. Here you can actually go up to someone and ask a question. What? It’s worth it to me to drive past the corporate Apple store nearest me to come here and work with the same person who understands my computing needs. A most personable shopping experience.

I stopped into PeachMac to get some new charging cables for my iPhone 5 after the cheap ones I bought on amazon died in less than 2 hours. I was annoyed and planned to spend the $ 19 to get the actual Apple charging cables, but sadly PeachMac didn’t have any. The sales guy was friendly and told me that the Griffin brand($ 0.99 more expensive than the Apple cables at $ 19.99) tend to be pretty good, so I trusted him and bought 2 of them. So far, so good. Everyone I encountered in the store was friendly and helpful, but not annoying. That’s a plus for sure. I didn’t like that if my cables die after 14 days I’m just out(that’s their return time, apparently) and I didn’t like that they don’t carry the Apple brand cables. Not huge complaints, I just expected a little more, I guess. In the end — as long as my cables keep working! — I’d rather give my business to a local place like this than battle the crowds of the Apple store at NorthPoint mall. If they don’t work I’ll have to just order from Apple online.

My 4 year old MacBook Pro was starting to run very slowly. I noticed multiple issues with the software and the hardware. Not wanting to deal with the masses of humanity at the Apple stores, I decided to give PeachMac a try. I am very glad that I did. The people at PeachMac(especially Chris and Brian) were exceedingly helpful. They spent the time to understand my issues. They ran a complete diagnostic and discovered that my hardware issues were likely due to a faulty power cord, not the laptop itself. They cleaned and upgraded my software in a very short amount of time and kept me informed throughout the process. Overall, this was an excellent experience.

Purchased a new mac and iPad in Nov. went to all the classes to learn how to use. Thought they were great until my IPAD2 was stolen. I was never informed in the classes how to sign up on ICLOUD for the“FINDMYIPAD” feature which is so cool but unfortunately never during the at least 5 times I went in for the one on one Training did any of the staff every mention this feature to me. Wouldn’t you think this would be a no brainer to let their customers know about this?

I decided to upgrade our iMacs to OS X Lion and knew they needed more memory. Rather than battling the lines at the Apple Store or ordering on-line, I decided to give this Georgia-local business a try. While the store had a comfortable amount of people shopping, I was helped right away and got the memory I needed. The staff, Brian Shim in particular, was very helpful with some tips, warnings about doing the procedure myself, and general Mac knowledge. I will definitely consider going here again with any Apple product questions or to buy other Apple or Apple-related products.
