Urban Nail Salon

Warm & friendly nail salon and staff. Cindy listened intently to my questions and discussed with me what I was in need of. Kevin was thorough & did a great job. Lots of parking, lots of pedicure & nail stations & plenty of staff. Perfect place. Oh, and did I mention they even gave me a beverage!!! First time in years that had happened. Something so little goes a long way. That’s how you create a good customer experience!

Such a cute spot tucked away in Norcross! I was greeted by a lovely, funny staff! When I went this was in the evening around 5:45PM & there was only 1 other customer.
The service was great! I went for a mani, pedi & they were quick yet gently & very friendly and professional and thorough! Loved their service! It’s a definite must try.
OH! The wine, Coke, or Sprite during your service for FREE is a bonus. ;)

Before I made my trip with my friends down to Georgia this past weekend, I was looking for a salon where we could all get manicures, preferably a nail salon that has mood changing gel polish (my favorite) & complimentary wine, and I stumbled upon Urban Nail Salon and I’m so glad that I did.
Once arriving at the salon we were greeted by Cindy with a smile. This salon is brand spanking new– it was spacious, bright, clean and smelled fantastic. Me and my ladies were each seated with a nail tech and then the magic began. Cindy explained about SNS (Signature Nail System) and why it is better for your nails. So us ladies opted for the SNS treatment, and of course I had to have the mood changing polish added to my process because I’m addicted to having my nails change color with my moods.
Linh was my nail tech and he was superb. We laughed and chatted, while Cindy served us white wine, which we each had 2 glasses of. Once my nails were finished, I couldn’t stop smiling. This was the most freaking perfect SNS/​Gel manicure I have ever had. Why can’t any of the salons in DC get it right like this. I’ve been to numerous salons in the DC/​MD area and none of them come anywhere close to Urban Nail Salon. And the price for a Gel or SNS manicure was so inexpensive too, at least $ 20 – 30 cheaper here in Georgia compared to DC.
I wish they would open a nail salon in my area, because now I’ve been spoiled and have to figure out how I am going to get back down here to get my nails done again when it’s time in the next month because I don’t want anyone else touching my nails. «Because once you get Shellaced at Urban Nail Salon, you’ll never go back anywhere else».
