This place is actually really good. I had steak kabobs with potato, and veggies. Good food and good service.

The food is good at any Zoe’s, but be careful with to-go orders here. I’ve been burned a few times. Most recently I tried to time my pickup so that the food would be ready right as I passed by on my commute home. It should have worked perfectly, but when I arrived at my scheduled pickup time, they hadn’t even started to make my order. For the next twenty minutes, I sat at the counter and watched the cashiers and kitchen staff literally yell back and forth at each other over whose fault it was, all while they tried to complete my relatively simple order. The poor cashiers were visibly embarrassed by the snafu and had to keep reminding the kitchen staff of various missing components. It was an awkward and inconvenient experience. If I hadn’t already paid for the order, I would have hoped for some kind of monetary mea culpa. I’m still a little shocked they didn’t offer a future meal on the house or something. It’s not like Zoe’s is super duper cheap. So instead of making my night easier, I ended up getting home from work with dinner for my family right around the time my kids needed to go to bed. All because of whatever miscommunication happened between the cashiers and kitchen staff. So word to the wise: beware the to-go order.

I love Zoe’s but this location is not up to par with Johns Creek and Forsyth Ave. On 11÷09÷15 I placed a ToGo lunch order via the Zoe’s Kitchen App on my way to the airport. Tossed Greek Salad & chocolate cake(my usual). I go in to pick up my order. It was 11:30 ish before lunch crowd so they were not busy at all. My order was ready as I walked in the door(Yay) I was excited to pick out a slice of cake. Zoe’s Kitchen locations have the most delicious big beautiful thick nicely iced slice of cake, also sold as a sheet cake with a 24 hour in advance order. The slice is large enough to share. The cake slice nearly takes up the base of the ToGo container. I look at the chocolate cakes trying to select my slice. All of them look terrible! Smaller than usual slices with the icing a mess. Some cakes in crumbles other slices just a mess with the icing looking like a toddler iced them. Not appetizing looking at all. I enquire and am told they were iced when still hot so that’s why they look like that and when I asked why so small he(the manager) said they are cut to the usual size…12 slices per sheet cake. So he does know they aren’t iced to the standard but still puts them out to sale? Wouldn’t you think he’d offer an apology, a refund or an additional slice to clear out the mess of their cake display. I asked if there were other slices that didn’t come from that batch. They had more behind the counter that looked worse. Ok… this is their standard. I make a mental note not to come back to this location. I get in the car and look at my Tossed Greek Salad. Wilted lettuce and the pita which is always fresh and soft was hard on the edges which I assume means stale. I can say that has never happened at The Commons/Forsyth location. It makes you realize your employees standard can only be as good as their manager. Zoe’s may want to look at retraining him in quality control and customer service. With two more Zoe’s just a few miles up 141 I’ll make sure you and all my friends join me at Johns Creek or Forsyth Zoe’s.

Birthday coupon. Two for one. Had steak kabobs. Veggies good and slaw is excellent. Steak was barely edible because it was so tough. Was not even worth half price. How can I have a steak kabob for their price when I can get a big meal that is edible somewhere else? Not going back.

Geez, I really want to like this location. Last night made it the third time I have gotten someone else’s order. First two times it was togo and the manager apologized because she knew someone else must have gotten mine. Last night was Dine In, and they tried to give us a totally different entrée than we ordered. The family really likes this location, they just constantly mess it up! I think its time for us to take a break from Zoe’s.

This place has turned into one of my new top 5s. The food is always fresh and plentiful and I just love their Greek salad, kabobs, hummus and pita sandwiches. I’ve been eating here since they opened and was introduced via a company luncheon. The staffers are always nice and Brad is the bees knees! Keep doing what you’re doing at this location! Oh, I almost forgot. If you download the app and post your receipts you get tons of goodies including $ 10 off coupons, free food and even free Zoë merch!

Avoid this location if you are on your lunch hour. Good food but it took over 25 minutes to get a salad after the order was placed. The restaurant was not overly crowded. Much better experience at other Zoe’s locations.

My chicken kabob was a little dry and not flavorful. The salad and humus were ok but overpriced. Overall, it felt Americanized instead of authentic Greek food.

Love having a healthy option nearby and the food is good, but the waits are sometimes irritating. I called in an order and waited for 40 minutes after being told it would be ready in 20. It happens, but they should be mindful of things like that during people’s lunch breaks. Love the salmon kabobs though and will return regularly.

Disappointed. Found paper in my rice. The chicken tasted old and was not at all authentic Mediterranean food.

I’ve been here three times now for lunch and really like the place. I’ve had the Chicken Kabobs, Quinoa Salad and the Greek Chicken Pita. All were very tasty and large portions. The Pita was overstuffed and had to be eaten with a fork and knife. Service has always been quick and friendly and the place looks fresh and clean. The patio outside is nice on a warm day.

Great choice for a quick bite or to catch up with friends and family. The food is always fresh and delicious. The manager is polite. I tend to go for the tabouli orzo salad — which they have now added more lettuce to and fresh warm pita pieces on the side. Great presentation. My husband got the deconstructed pita plate and loved it — far less messy than a regular pita sandwich. He likes the rosemary beans as a side. I always have a pleasant experience at this particular location and most others. Food quality always stays up there. I highly recommend you try it at least once, if not more. Fresh food fast! FYI– The ladies room has a changing table for mommies with babies; and a purse hook; and a small shelf for items– comfortable stop if you need to make one. Single room only.

Service was so friendly. It was my first time there and they were helpful with suggestions. I had steak kabobs with veggies and rice. My steak was tasty but I would have liked it medium-rare but I would know next time. Veggies and rice were also good. Choc chip huge cookie was a treat.

Have seen this all over town since moving to Atlanta and finally got to try it yesterday. It was rather empty inside but I assume it’s more happening during work hours. Food was delicious. Boyfriend had the chicken kabobs and I had the Zoe’s Pita. The rice was SO tasty, as well as the hummus. Meal with drinks(tea) was $ 26. The chicken salad contained was way too price if you ask me but everything else was great. Will make this my dinner spot after getting my biweekly manicure next door. Bonus? I was a pound lighter this morning. It’s relatively healthy and not heavy even if filling. Does the job!

Across from the forum. They were helpful and they were happy to substitute some of the sides on my dish. I had steak kabobs, very fresh with a great marinade. Loved the orzo pasta salad. Very clean, good parking.

This place just opened up about a month ago. It is directly across the street from the forum shopping center in Norcross. I was a bit concerned when I first went through the door and saw they had already been visited three times by the health department. The current score is an 80. Previous scores are 72 and 100. I did order the vegetarian wrap. This item was about nine dollars and came with one side dish. I selected the roasted vegetables. They were delicious. The wraps themselves were not impressive. The entrée itself was the size of two cigars cut in half. It was extremely salty. The hummus was tasty but on the runny side. The pita bread was fresh and soft. I’ll give them one more chance to wow me.
