My daughter enjoyed the bounce house. I loved how they request to set it up early and still pick it up at the time requested. I will definitely rent again. I also reserve 2 weeks before my daughter birthday party and everything went great.

Soooo I’m a total procrastinator… Thank goodness for Kelly! I called her for a bouncer for Saturday on Monday. She came through. The kids had tons of fun today at my son’s first bday party. A big Mahalo to Chad for being professional and reliable. Keep up the great work!

The castle bounce house for my daughter’s disney princess themed 1st was a hit with the kids. Kelly was very professional. The setup and break down was so quick! I would definitely recommend them.

To «Chalaine R.» Don’t know what in the world you could possibly be talking about! I’m not one to direct a review to a fellow reviewer, but due to the fact that yours is so far fetched… Here we go! I’ve been with the company for over 12 years, & it’s been nothing but good service with great prices. I’m one to search around, but it’s comforting knowing that every party, this is the one aspect I do not need to «shop around» for. «Woohoo! As good as it gets?» I think YES!

NEVER AGAIN am I using this company!
Employees lack knowledge of the rules & regulations of Ala Moana Beach Park. Poor customer service & very low level of professionalism. Plus one of their chairs broke on my guest & when I informed the employee about the incident during pick-up…his first response was «How big was this person?» Like really?! Rude!!!
If I could give them 0 stars — I would!

I just used them for my sons 10th birthday. I have used them since my son’s 1st birthday. I have friends that have used other companies with dirty bouncers and tables. Bounce Hawaii tables are always clean and bouncers don’t smell. They have tent tables and chair packages for $ 205 which is what i use most often. All I can say is I LOVE their service. Let them take the load off and just show up with the food and drinks.

We rented a tent, tables, and chairs from Bounce Hawaii & Superior Tents a couple weeks ago for my son’s birthtday party. We were so glad we did because it stormed here in Manoa and the tent protected our guests from the rain!
Kelly at Bounce Hawaii was very quick to respond to my inquiry and set me up with my needed supplies easily and professionally.
The tent arrived on time and was set up by a very friendly gentlemen who patiently let my son pester him with questions while he set up everything. The next day he can and took everything away quickly and quietly. It was great!
I would highly recommend this company, and I plan to use them next time I want to rent a bounce house.
