I recommended Caring Transitions to my friend when their family lost an elderly relative who still lived at home here in Honolulu when she passed, leaving a lot of furniture and possessions that they didn’t know what to do with. They are all older too and were feeling very overwhelmed about how to handle it.
Steve and his team took over and sold much of it on an online auction, which netted some money for the family. The rest was taken and donated or discarded by CT. The family didn’t have to do anything at all.
They were extremely happy, not only to have someone else take the headache, but also because It truly helped them to focus on more important things with the loss they were dealing with. I’d highly recommend the company to anyone in the same situation. They’re extremely professional and sensitive to what can often be difficult choices at a difficult time.
