I can’t believe they only have one staff for the WHOLE store on Sunday’s. Staff seemed a bit on edge because of the lines. Spoke courteous words but in a cold and unfriendly manner. NO SMILE, that was the most disappointing. But I guess it’s not needed to send things and make copies. :(

I will try my best to make this review short, concise, and to the point. Yesterday afternoon, I unexpectedly received a document that needed to be signed and delivered to the east coast by the end of next week. My first thought, honestly, was just to send it via express mail. Then I read the instructions more carefully, and realized I could actually send the document thru mail, email, or fax. After conducting some research via their website, I can truthfully say that FedEx helped me out of a tough situation.
LOCATION: This branch is located in the Pearl Highlands Shopping Center across the parking lot from the Regal Theatres. Ample parking available.
There is a self-​service fax station located to the left as soon as you enter. Cover sheets are provided and instructions for payment and sending your fax are clearly posted. Thankfully, when I visited this location earlier today it was not crowded at all, and I was able to take my time using the fax machine. The entire process took about five minutes. A confirmation sheet will print out to verify the transmission of the fax was completed properly.
NOTE: Prices are listed for local, domestic, and international faxes.
I went to the retrieve my receipt from the main counter, and staff member that helped me was friendly, polite, and asked me if everything went ok with sending my fax. I let her know everything went smoothly, and I truly appreciated her concern.
BOTTOM LINE: FedEx to the rescue, literally. Their fax services helped me greatly in a difficult situation.

How bout a smile? Ok if you have boxes make sure you don’t use those that have Hazmat stickers. They won’t allow you to ship them even if you scratch out the label or peel them off. As for my original statement. a smile goes a long way and is something I’ve come to expect when I walk into an establishment to pay for services.
So besides Zoe who by the way is fantastic! Pleasant, customer oriented with a great attitude. He came again and Lisa looked at us and said she is going to help the other paying customers??! What? I am a paying customer??!
If it wasn’t for Zoe we’d go to the airport. Customer service is always first in my book!

Very unprofessional. Went in to print something out and the computers won’t load GOOGLE DOCS/​DRIVE/​ECT. They charge you by minute so 8 minutes later I gave up. They we extremely unhelpful as they had no idea why it won’t load. (Come on you guys have tons of computers and none of them can load Google of all things?) And every time I needed to talk to them I felt that I had to flag them down because they are too busy ignoring me. Okay don’t want my buisness? I won’t be back.

They say the early bird catches the worm but they never mentioned that it also gets the good customer service!
I came in around 9 am to scan and print some docs and there was tons of parking, all the machines were open, and the staff was very friendly and helpful! (Maybe because they are morning people?)
Since I was the only person in the store they had someone show me how to use the computer & scanner, how to add money onto my payment card, and suggested tips to make my time on the computer more efficient (since they charge by the minute).
They even let me know that (if you want) they can refund any monies left on your self service payment card. Which is good if you don’t always use the self service machines.
This location is now most definitely my second favorite FedEx/​Kinkos right after the Kapiolani one!

I try to avoid this place like the plague. Customer service is horrible. I notice that most of them are not familiar with sending packages overseas and I basically got waved away because the girl didn’t know how to enter in shipping info to Hong Kong.(Hong Kong has no zip code) She basically tried to help me for a couple min before giving up, and said ‘sorry I don’t know how to enter in the address, so I can’t accept it.’ I had to drive all the way to town in order to mail the package. Why did the FedEx in town know how to ship it, and she couldn’t? Why couldn’t she have called another location and ask?
Also it seems as though the policy changes depending on the person behind the counter. One day I’m able to mail an international package without a phone number, and the next week I’ll come back and be waved away because I don’t have it. They even told me ‘well maybe if you went to town to send it they will accept it.’ My question is, if I need a phone number, why would they accept it at all? And why GUESS and tell me that they might take it, while I waste my gas, my time, and my money?

The ladies there on Saturday, May 09, were fast, friendly and efficient. I was very glad to be so well taken care of and to see both happy to be there, even after a large rush and slight crowding. They seemed to take care of everyone so well, including myself on an important order, I was moved to make this post. I was pressed for time and forgot to get their names, sadly, but I hope someone who knows them reads and relays this message. They are awesome.

Never been here until last night, never going back! Upon entering the place, I could visibly see two workers behind the counter and neither one greeted me, said hello or even acknowledged me. It felt very awkward, especially since there was what looked like a homeless person sprawled across the floor half-​dressed and cutting up paper all over the place. WEIRD! The vibe sent me right out the door & I’ll never look back.

WORST customer service. EVER. I hate dealing with the miserable employees here

Worst customer service ever. Different name, same substandard customer service. I tried to scan several documents and when I asked for some help the representative pointed to the directions in a friendly manner and said «follow these»… So several minutes later I scanned several documents and when I viewed it, it had Greek lettering all over. Stood in line while my timer was racking up charges. After waiting In line and racking up more time, I decided to cut my losses and leave. So to sum up my experience fed ex got 10dollars and I got fed up. Would not come here, and wouldn’t recommend this business to my friends and family. Went down the road to Aiea copy center and got it done in less time and for far less money. If they had a no star option it would have got that rating.

Came here for a passport photo. I got help and got the photos in a few minutes. They have faster location than most locations. There’s plenty of parking also! I’ll rather drive all the way here than go to the fedex in downtown.

What’s up with their phone service? I’ve called them a few times already and each one with ten rings, and still no answer. That’s bad customer service already.

I am not afraid to give one star if the business deserves it, and this federal express shop definitely deserves it. I agree with one of the reviewers below that the staff in this place gives you the dirty look. I stood behind a counter to wait for my turn, and there was a male customer who came in 5 minutes later. One of the staffs behind the counter who acted as if she was busy when I stood there, stop whatever she was doing to help the man, and yes, as I continued to wait for my turn behind the same counter I’ve been waiting on and being visible to everybody including staff. Finally, someone helped me with my transaction. They seem to purposefully make customers wait, depending on how the staff feel at the moment and how they feel about the customer, which really is, ridiculous, because you should not have to feel anything for the customer or have to like the customer to decide to help with her fed-​ex transaction. It is all about the business. Customers like me do not go into a fed-​ex shop to think how long should we have to wait for any assistance depending if staff do not judge us or we are liked by their staff. Customers go into a fed-​ex shop to do some form of business transaction. I am sorry for your staff’s patronizing and almost sarcastic behavior. The only thing I would ask for them to do is to lose their attitude and nothing else. Your staff could learn to be happy and less petty. I will have to drive to another another fed-​ex location from now on. Have a great day.

Just to give an update: I have found a local UPS branch where I do all of my shipping and business transactions. I don’t have to go to another Fed-​ex after all! :)

We have a corporate account with FedEx and regularly send shipments across the country that cost upwards to $ 400. This past holiday fiancé came home to N. Cali for a few weeks and instead of shipping all his work items home he had them send directly from Boston to Pearl. He gave instructions for his package to arrive after the first of the year.
Okay not the Pearl’s store fault when he received a phone call on the 27^th of December saying his items had arrived. BUT when he was told by them it needed to be picked up ASAP or it would be shipped back he was furious. He let them know we wouldn’t be arriving onto Island for a few days. They were very adamant he arrive and pick up his packages and didnt work with him to have it shipped to our condo in Waikiki
Yesterday ¹²⁄₃₀ we fly into town and went directly from the airport to Pearl. Fiancé was unbearable to be around due to his annoying worry about this. I’m glad we made it to the shop in time to pick up his packages before they were sent back.

The staff here were very helpful but just a tad bit slow! It seemed like they were in no hurry even though they were aware of the line! But all that set aside they were very friendly and helpful!

Awesome service. I submitted 3 documents online to be printed — 20 of each and they were ready within 2 hours. The two ladies, Jelita and Shelia (I think that was their names) were very nice and we even talked about our kids and Shelia’s upcoming child. Definitely will use this FedEx again and would recommend.

This place is a necessary evil. If I could I would give this place one star but since I do not own a fax machine I have to go there :
This place never has enough parking or staff so when you go there you wander around for ten minutes wondering how you are supposed to use all that equipment. Finally when you track one of their nonexsitant staff down they give you dirty looks like your supposed to know how to use this equipment.
20 dollars later you have a fax sent and a headache. Okay I might be exaggerating but its super expensive here to fax. Makes me want to save my money and buy my own fax machine. To save me the hassel of coming here!

I haven’t been to a FedEx Kinkos in a while, but I had to make some instant prints and couldn’t wait an hour. I stopped in and bought my card and started making my prints in a jiffy. Super fast and there was enough machines that I didn’t need to wait for anyone. The staff was friendly and helped me make change with no hesitation. I got my prints and bolted out the door. I’m not sure I could make this my office but I’m glad I can use this as a line of defence.

Let’s face it you are never at one of these places for a good time. It’s usually stuff you have to get done for work, don’t really want to pay for, and are probably on a time crunch, your computer or printer is broken, or you have to ship something. This is pretty much the case whenever I am at one of these locations but they have always come through in a fair amount of time and the job is done well.
