FIRST OFF: Jack is an angel, LIFE SAVER! The wife and I were outside having a BBQ with our dogs and clumsy me I locked the door «out of habit» with a beer for wifey. Little did I know I locked the door! I only found out when I had to run back inside to get a plate for the food. So I called Jack and he was very accommodating and had very excellent customer service! He was done is less than 5 seconds!
Next time (hopefully not) I get locked out, he’ll be my next call!

He was able to come in the early evening, a half an hour after we called. He was at our home for about ½ hr. to 45 minutes. Smooth as butter. The price was very reasonable.

Jack’s lock service was suggested by my realtor to change the locks on my new home. He’s been doing business with Jack for a long time. I called and setup an appointment to have my lock change setup. I asked for a little more than standard locks (high security with matching padlocks) and Jack said he would need to come out to evaluate if this would work. He showed up on time, took a look at everything and we made an appointment for him to come back and do the install. The day he suggested was a holiday. I asked him if he was sure he wanted to work on a Holiday and he said he works all days all hours. On that day he showed up, on time, ready to go with everything as requested. The install took a little longer than expected mainly because Jack loves to talk story. At any rate, he did a very good job, got me what I requested, how I requested it, and did so at a decent price. He’s not your conventional business person by appearance, but he knows what he’s doing and does a good job. He’s worth a call.
