One Click Cleaner

It really makes me uncomfortable to pay ahead of time… Especially when it comes to expensive, irreplaceable items of clothing. I did it because this cleaner got decent reviews on Unilocal.I dropped off a coat and a dress for dry clean and a quilt for laundering. Every item looks professionally done and I can say I’m pleased that I didn’t have to spend hours in a laundromat washing my quilt. I’m sure it came out much cleaner than I could have done as well. My items were also ready when promised. Another plus. 5 stars if the price had been lower.

Just got a text that starting NOVEMBER 1, they are no longer going to have a storefront as OneClick Cleaners/Ken’s and will only be offering pick up and delivery service. (!!!)
I called them to confirm they do pickup in my area and from the call, it seems to be that Ken’s will still be there, but it wouldn’t be the same folks. We don’t care about the name, but we really like the people and the service they provided.
So if you wanna deal with the people who got the 5-​star reviews in the first place and not just a business name, call or email them now and confirm they can do pickup in your area.

I noticed bad reviews from years ago on here but they are run by a different family now. and they are great! I have taken many items there from dry cleaning to alterations and they did it all no problem and always friendly. I will not take my clothes anywhere else …

Really fast service, I had an interview and needed a uniform cleaned fast. I dropped it off on Tuesday and they had it back to me next day!

Hubs wakes up one morning and hands me a pile of clothing to have dry cleaned the next day so he may take it with him on his business trip. As I ferociously try and find a reputable dry cleaner that can do a good job and get it done within 24 hours… I looked at my calendar of events for the day and realized this was going to be a tall order. After doing some Unilocal research, I found OneClick Cleaners that picks up and delivers laundry and dry cleaning! There weren’t many reviews, but I had to take a chance.
I called at 7:00 AM, and a nice lady took my info and scheduled a pick up for me and promised it would be ready by the next day. Phew!!! I go about my crazy day… and i do mean crazy. After the craziness stopped, I forgot all about the dry cleaning pick up!!! I quickly called and begged if they could still take care of my dry cleaning if I dropped it off at their store front. The poor van driver waited 45 minutes at my door front! She asked him to wait since she knew I needed them done by the next day. Again, the nice lady agreed as long as I got there before closing time of 6pm. Of all days, the traffic across town was horrendous! Again, I had to call again and asked if she would wait just a few more minutes. Once again, she answered the phone and said she had a few things to do before she closed shop and said she’d wait for me.
Oh boy… talk about patience and customer service… they had an abundance of that! I’m shocked they didn’t refuse service! Heck I would’ve! I apologized profusely. The lady who was at the storefront and who answered all my phone calls just replied, «that’s ok… he had nothing else to do anyway.» I’m sure it wasn’t true but it was a very professional, humble, and classy answer. If someone like this is running the joint, then rest assured my clothes are safe and well taken care of. Sure enough, hub’s clothes arrived promptly at 2:30PM the following day. Clothes were clean, pressed, and in perfect condition. Not only do they clean clothes, but alterations and repairs are done here as well. Hubs was shocked that such a service existed here in Kapolei. We’re ever grateful because the only other option is another dry cleaners in Kapolei with really low, bad Unilocal reviews. YIKES!
BTW, all items are 4 $ each… slacks, shirts. I’m sure big items like comforters and wedding dresses are more. To use their pick up and drop off services, you must first enroll online. You can even schedule your pick ups with specific instructions online. When they drop it off, they’ll charge your credit card at the time and leave a receipt with your clothes. How simple is that? Usually, they take 24 hours for laundry and 72 hours for dry cleaning. I guess they make exceptions if you request it. For me, they really just bent over backwards to help me… a stranger… not even a repeat customer. Well… now they’ve made a repeat customer.

First of all a place that asks you to pay up front. that should of been my red flag. Even though it was just 15.00 for a dry clean and press. I took in a dress and I asked that it be cleaned and pressed, I got it back the next day the same exact way I brought it in. I will never use this place again. Lesson learned!

this place is awesome!!! i got my clothes dry cleaned for $ 2.99 each!!! and i got it back that same day!!! all my clothes were pressed super nice no weird creases!!!
